(Ok I'm putting a 5 start for the room because it was a spacious room. )
But the real issue was that we got a non smoking room and it smelled like straight cigarette as we walked in I believe it was room 703 . We decided to get passed the smell and not complain but as I was putting my son milk away I seen a cockroach! I instantly couldn't deal with that , I called the front office right away the girl in the front said oh no I'll be right up and move you guys . She did , we moved to room 602 I believe it was and we settled for it only to soon find my baby eating something off the ground which I panicked and thought it was another cockroach because I seen brown but it happened to be piece of old oreos that where left from previous guest . There was a few behind the living lamp which was disgusting as well. It was late and we were exhausted to drive away and with our little boy it was late so we didn't complain about the Oreos . The next day came we decided to go eat breakfast and we felt a weird hello from the front desk lady and as we are ordering our omelette she just happened to go ask the cook to make sure " she is checking keys" we felt instantly uncomfortable as if she was judging us or something. Over all the entire night stay was a nightmare I couldn't sleep knowing there may be cockroaches going Into my stuff. I had to throw my bag away to be safe that I'm not taking them home with me . Pics for proof .

My experience at this Embassy suites has utterly shattered my long standing preference to not only the Embassy brand, but that of the Hilton super brand as well.
I stay at a hotel between once and twice a month for work. I have stayed at hotels ranging from motel 6's all the way to to Hyatt regencies. This was by far the worst quality room experience I have EVER had.
This only further tracks with some of the other Hilton hotels I've stayed in the past. I'm sure not nearly every Hilton hotel in the nation is as bad as this one in room quality, but I see a clear trend compared to your competitors: a lack of willingness to keep rooms well maintained, cleaned, and regularly updated and refreshed.
I'm sure these rooms were nice circa early 2000's but it has been a long, long time since then.
Notable cringeworthy moments include:
Ripped, tattered, stained, STICKY (to the point my socks felt gross after a few minutes walking in the room) carpets.
Bathrooms with barely lukewarm water, leaking shower head.
Air conditioning that refused to stay on for more than 10 minutes (a power control setting no doubt).
Squeaking entrance and closet doors, to the point I felt like a bother to both my neighbors whenever I needed to escape my tired room.
Lack of my tiered amenities (gold level Honors member, never received water, which honestly is the least transgression on this list).
Being trapped outside for 10 minutes late night due to a malfunctioning main entrance key fob (I apparently was supposed to "run really fast to the door after scanning my room key" to make the system work, according to the front desk agent that finally let me in. Super easy with handfulls of food).
Trees in the parking lot that dropped sap all over my car; a problem that has been there for likely years given the stickyness of the road.
On the topics of roads, the parking lot has potholes; such massive potholes. Hope you are stocked up on AAA roadside assistance just in case!
I could tell the building itself USED TO BE beautiful. It is so sad that it was let to rot on the inside.
The best part of this experience was I had the "privilege" of staying here for over $200 average per night. What a deal! /s
The crew gets a solid 3 star for being awesome and welcoming, but they can only do so much of a great job when the hotel is crumbling down around them.
Such a saddening experience. I used to love your brand Hilton; Embassy, what happened?!

Ridiculous! They want you to park on the street or pay $15 for parking as a guest
No wonder their review is poor
I don't recommend this place

So let's start with the positive, the workers are amazing. Very loving and caring. They gain one star for that.
Now to the hotel. It is run down. It takes four pillows in order to equal one pillow. When I asked the front desk lady why the pillows are like this, she said it was hotel industry standard. You be the guest. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance and touch up. I posted a picture below. I don't know if it's blood stains or corrosion it looks horrible.
The swimming pool is decent and quite enjoyable so another star for that.
I hope the management can fix these issues because I will never stay here again. I stayed at thousands of hotels and if your pillows are not even right then just imagine the rest of the amenities.Good luck

It is a big hotel, with a lot of rooms. They serve breakfast with the standard American menu of cereal, toast, pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, bacon etc. The staff is decent and courteous.
Rooms are very noisy and kids run around in the lobby of the floor, playing and making noise. No sound proofing so you can hear ppl talking loudly from your rooms. Staff would not stop kids from making noise in the room corridor. You could hear ppl taking and dishes clinging in the lobby when the breakfast starts, from your room .
Somebody pulled a fire alarm at 5 am on a Sunday morning triggering emergency and everyone had to evaluate the hotel. The fire truck had to come in to turn off the alarm.
Very disappointing stay, loud and noisy rooms. Guests are loud and noisy at night and the hotel does nothing to keep it quiet.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and well maintained. Very noisy rooms. Our room was on the 3rd floor and we could hear ppl talking and dishes clinging in the main lobby while having breakfast. Kids run around on the floor making noise and staff does nothing to stop them.
Safety: The neighborhood looks unsafe at night to venture outside of the hotel. Someone was able to trigger a fire alarm at 5 am itself says sometime about safety and security. There was an Ant infestation in the parking lot, we parked our car at night and when we came back to the car in the morning, we found ants everywhere in the car and inside the car. The first thing we had to do was get a car Wash, before we could do anything for the day .

Rooms: Not very clean rooms. A/C dripped for 2 days, soaking the floor. Reported to the front desk but nobody ever came to fix or even look at it. I had to keep laying down towels to soak up the water.

First time stay at this hotel. Was pleasantly surprised as I entered the building. From the spaciousness and decor all the amenities offered will be staying at a embassy suites again. Paid opened parking & two complimentary drinks from the bar upon check in. As well as comp snacks. We had a corner two room suite with view & balcony. Aside from one of the towels beings stained spotted and some discoloration in the bathroom around doorframe & flooring the room was clean. Refrigerator was cold and glass sliding door opening to balcony was nice to be on in the evenings overlooking the city lights. Hot breakfast in morning was a great edition to our stay. Made to order omlette station sausage, red potatoes, french toast sticks, fruit, oatmeal, pastries, coffee/ juice etc. Indoor pool & gym offered and alot of seating through out the hotel available. Check in/ out was very easy and took no time at all. Look forward to our next stay.

Here for a lacrosse tournament at The Plex. We love Embassy Suites, and overall this is probably one of the nicer ones on looks and general comfort.
The pool is nice, I would rate it a 3, nothing special but beyond functional. No hot tub was a bummer.
Desk staff was highly responsive to guest needs. We were able to score early check-in, they brought us a fan (and a replacement when the first had issues). Only critique is my wife needs to do injections and the front desk has zero idea what a sharps container is.
Managers reception was one of the more disappointed areas. See my broader issues with the food and beverage service below. The drinks were sub par compared to other properties and the snacks down right sad. The hours were also greatly reduced compared to any other Embassy Suites. They are basically checking a box and that's it. It's typically a highlight of why we chose this brand, and we didn't even bother our last evening there.
Rooms: Rooms are nice. Upper end of the Embassy Suites brand.
Food and drinks: This is where I would mark this property down, maybe 1-2 stars. The star of the brand is the omelet station and this one falls way short. It's disorganized, not particularly friendly, and in 3 mornings the ingredient choices are lacking. There seems to not be a priority to get dishes washed well and they are piled up at the bussing station, it was so bad it made more sense to just leave your trash and dishes at the table. Over 3 mornings the hot food menu didn't change, eggs, sausage, potatoes, French toast. It tasted like they made too much day one and just kept reheating it. The juices were running out and not being refilled. There was dirty silverware in the bins (grab the plastic). The F&B manager is asleep at the wheel and needs serious improvement or to be successful elsewhere.

This Hotel has been renovated and modernized. I liked it even more beforehand. It had a jungle type setting with a stream running through it that had Koi fish in it. Our stay was very pleasant, the staff was very attentive and courteous. Breakfast was great.
