Very disappointing, I have worn Ecco shoes for more years than I would like to admit. The shoes in this store are not the same quality as I am used to. My guess is that Ecco makes a lower quality product to sell in this type of store. Even with the posted discount the product in this store is over priced.

ecco shoes are so comfortable and good quality! Im a new fan! The staff here is so friendly and the girl joann who was helping me reccomended me different style shoes. Bought more shoes than I first intended but joann did bring up a good point "think of it like an investment". She even helped me try to take care of my shoes longer with shoe care. I will come back for the holidays to shop for my family! Customer service was great and ecco shoes are so stylish and comfy!

Customer service here is amazing! Was assisted by JoAnn and Johnson. My husband found his 2 pairs and I found my 2 pairs. You can't go wrong with BOGO 40% off!! Great deal and alot of cute selections too.

came here friday night with my wife. never heard of ecco but my wife sure has! she saw pair of boots in the windows and walked right on in. was greeted by a staff member... that's rare but good on them! store was clean and organized even though one of them apologized for the "mess" which ok... where? got my wife and I pair of shoes to get the bogo deal. she got some fancy heels and i didn't expect to get some WATERPROOF boots! thanks to the young lady staff for recommendation. i am now a new fan!

Great customer service from Joanne and Zaira! I asked so many questions even though they didnt have all the answers but they tried their best to help me. Amazing girls and great shoes! Soft 7 are so comfortable!
