Terrible service. The wait time in line is always a 15-minute wait. Only ever 1 person ringing people up!!! It's absolutely insane to make people always wait so long.

In the heart of Milpitas, by City Hall's solemn presence, I ventured into the CVS emporium—a bastion of order and aesthetic allure. Behold, a tapestry of organization unfolded before me, a symphony of products harmonizing in visual splendor. To my delight, an unexpected treasure trove of Siete brand delicacies graced the shelves, unveiling a culinary odyssey. Chips and Mexican cookies, ambassadors of flavor, stood proudly in defiance of mundanity. This retail haven, with its poetic arrangement and gastronomic surprises, turned a routine errand into an artful escapade.

When I arrived I told the pharmacist I had two last names. The pharmacist insisted my prescription wasn’t filled. She had me waiting for 2 hours for a prescription she knew was filled. She kept turing me away after telling me my doctor was lying and they didn’t fill my prescription. Even being rude about how doctors always say they fill prescriptions and never do it. I spent so much time on the phone calling my doctors upset with them about the pharmacists error.Do pharmacists get reprimanded for stuff like this? Who is responsible because she was even rude to me the whole time asking me why I was waiting at the window, rushing me to call everyone at my doctors office to refill my prescription. She made a mistake and didn’t want to be at fault. Funny thing is when I got off the phone with my doctors after they told me my prescription was filled last week she just lied to me. Lisa N who was the pharmacist. She ended up blaming me for having two names in the system which I gave them both to her when I arrived. The whole interaction seemed very lazy or racially motivated. Even though pharmacist aren’t specifically doctors that care for you I could definitely feel that she did not intend to help me. When I realize that she never checked my other last name, I went back up and she already had the paper printed, but acted like she never knew what happened.*The video is after I waited for almost 2 hours, and had my doctors calling the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Lisa already had a paper printed out with my prescription items, and lied to me like she did not understand, or know what I was telling her when I first arrived. This proves that she was just rushing me and did not want to help me because the error that she made could have easily been fixed with her, taking her time and looking at both names that are on my ID that I gave her five times and I wouldn’t have had to wait and miss doses of my medication.

A prescription for Ozempic 1mg for diabetes was requested to transferred from Walgreens to CVS Milpitas Blvd. location on Friday, 11/10/23 and was verbally confirmed to be transferred and filled which may take up to 48hrs. Today, I called to check the status of the prescription and was told they have the medication in stock for will be for their “existing patients” and I am not their patient although the prescription was originally filled at CVS but was transferred to Walgreens because CVS did not have the medication in stock last month. My wife called the CVS on Milpitas Blvd. again around 6:30pm to request a transfer of the prescription once again. The pharmacy staff said she will request a transfer tomorrow because it is close to their pharmacy store closing time which my wife said is okay. Then, the staff told my wife if their patient fills the prescription before then they will have priority because they are “their customers” but I am their x-customer. It was requested Friday but the CVS on Milpitas Blvd. did not transfer until today. And now postponed calling Walgreens and telling patients s/he is not their customer? It is illegal to discriminate patients from filling their prescription based on where the medication was filled prior to. I will find a legal way of reporting this matter so no other patients will be explicitly discriminated (and left with no necessary medication) in such a way.

Worst pharmacy ever!! People won’t respond and they make you wait even to pick up Ibuprofen for so long. Highly recommend to visit a different location or a pharmacy

Orderd a couple of things online and it turned out to be a mess. In addition, they need to work on customer service and the sooner the better. I have been to other CVS locations with better customer service and I know they can do better.

Slow and lazy employees, from the front to the back of the pharmacy. Scheduled an appointment with the pharmacist and waited over an hour for no reason. First one in line last one to be taken. This place is absolutely a trash place to go to. I'd rather use Walgreens horrible location then here. Just absolute slow and lazy pharmacist and nurses. Don't understand why they even bother to go here. Trash!

Moneygram advertises on their website that they do money orders at this store, however this store claims that they don’t do it.

I spent 4 hours driving to 5 CVS stores trying to find my medication because their stupid system didn’t show which store had it and they didn’t pick up calls, not after I waited for 30 minutes for each store.

I wanted to add to the general, negative undertone of these reviews. This CVS really isn't worthy of anyone's time for pharmacy-related needs. But rather than boring you with my emotions, here are some of the logistics behind the poor service I received:1. There is not enough pharmacy staff. If you need to pick up a prescription on your lunch or after work, I would caution you against it. Wait time in the regular pick up line alone is 30-45 minutes.2. The pharmacy staff is poorly trained. The associate generally working at the pick up counter is capable of only dealing with an ideal circumstance where your prescription was appropriately sent to the pharmacy, insurance approved it, and the medication itself is ready for pickup. If one of those three things is missing its checkbox, the associate sends you to the next counter to explicitly speak to the pharmacist (add at least 20 minutes to your wait time).3. The pharmacy phones are ill-maintained. I waited on a call today for forty-five minutes. I only called in the first place because I received a notification that my prescription was ready for refill today, June 20th, and could be picked up today, so I wanted to check on status before getting stuck in the rush hour line of doom.4. The able-licensed staff is hostile, to say the very least. Again if the boxes above aren't checked, even if you have a physical prescription in hand with approval for refill, or a fax sent over from your insurance with approval of coverage, the response is "until the computer updates there is nothing I can do for you".Now back to my emotions, we're absolutely living in a world where our healthcare system is more flawed than ever, and I'm dealing with a nationwide shortage of the medications I need, but the customer service, care and concern for patients, and general knowledge of how to troubleshoot when things aren't rainbows and sunshine, is sorely missed at this location.I'll likely never go back to a CVS for this, though it's been the only pharmacy I've ever used. And Walgreens has already proven more responsive and reliable in terms of treatment. If I could have awarded CVS Milpitas Zero Stars - I would.Lastly, the associate who I told I'd be coming into the store to speak with her regarding her inability to fill my prescription had the audacity to call me back and say they aren't filling that type of medication anymore (which I knew was a lie since I picked it up there just last month).Don't go here. Kindly heed this warning.

Here at 8:15 AM on a Monday and it is closed. People are waiting outside the doors but the store is dark and it doesn't seem like any employee has opened the store.

Employees here need additional training and Do not know what services are offered as far as vaccinations, went to pick up window to ask about yellow fever, rude employee told me to get in line and ask the pharmacist. What an unprofessional establishment , especially this employee ANTHONY. He needs to learn what vaccines are offered if he’s going to work in the pharmacy

This CVS is the worst!!! Incosiderate and slow workers. They do NOT care about your time!!! I was here at April 13 around 5 pm and left there at 6:30 just waiting for my prescription. They are not helpful at all!
