The service attitude of the bank staff is very poor, asking questions to blame the customer for not understanding. Recommend banking business not to go to the branch.

The checking account is good, especially the rules to avoid fees, either maintain $1,500 average balance or setup direct deposit with no $ minimum. Their partnership with AllPoint ATM network so no need to worry about not able to find an ATM machine. Their recent CD rate is also attractive, which major banks can't offer. Online banking could have been easier/prettier to navigate. Changing of address can't be done online is kind of annoying, and must be done at branch. This should be improved. Overall, the bank is good and provides what I need for every day banking.

Talk about discrimination this bank told me no to everything right away and started laughing as I walked out.
