First of all, they sure have the skills to fix autobody and frame. But I cannot recommend them. So my car was given to them for assessment for body damage. It's been there for two weeks, and in the meantime I followed up with them. During that time, They told me the car's frame had minimal damage impact( by Jeremy). I believed it. Once I was dropping a part of to my car, and saw the damage which kinda shocked me. The front impact bar as well as certain part of both side frame-rail got bent. They didn't even took the panel out to assess the damage inside, which I thought they did since they have two weeks to work on it. I was shocked and text Jeremy. I tried to keep it cool. But Since then, Jeremy's attitude became terrible compared to before, not picking up calls and rarely reply my message. I got mad too. So eventually I took my car back, which sits there for over two fucking weeks eating dust and I have to Uber every-fucking-where. What a waste of time. But, like I said at the beginning, I believed in them and I still do now, and I told them I will let them know if I want to bring it back. Unfortunately, they thought I was joking. So they lost a $10,000 business opportunity, cause I meant it, and I contacted them multiple times. Eventually I fixed it with a much cheaper price. $3000 cheaper than they quoted me.

Had a really bad side panel damage on my Mazda 3 hatchback. Jeremy had the part ordered, painted and installed so quick! Also a free car wash! I'll always be coming here.

I’m very great full with the service I received from Crown Auto Body shop, they were able to get my vehicle back on the road due to the damages from some guys trying to still my car. Jeremy was very helpful explaining in detailed the items to be replaced. I will recommend Crown Auto Body to my fiends if they ever need car repaired. They do awesome job.

First time using Crown Auto Body which was a recommendation from my mechanic and I have to say that I am really happy with their service. They helped me with the steps with my insurance company to make the process as smooth as possible. They gave me an estimate and time line when my car would be done and they delivered. I am definitely using Jeremy and his team for repairs in the future and will be referring them to all my friends and family.

Jeremy is a very professional guy, his shop did the work clean and effective. If it is for a normal body shop, it could take five days but their shop just finished within three days. they also cleaned my car and install a dash cam for me, much appreciate it!My first time in a minor crash ends up in such a good pleasure. will definitely go to this shop next time for any fix.
