Came here and got myself a pair of Converse 70s. The store was busy but the employees were quick to help you find the sizes you need. The shoes feel great!

I missed the 7 day online survey window, so here's a Yelp shoutout: thank you, Quy for helping me out over the phone. I knew calling on a Saturday around noon and asking for a stock-check can be a pain at times, but Quy was super cool and asked if I could hold for a few minutes so he could run it. I was very appreciative of him doing that for me, instead of saying "no".Needless to say, the item I wanted was in stock and Quy was able to place a hold. Once I arrived, Quy introduced himself in person and was still very personable. Thanks for being awesome, Quy! :)

So I went in on Black Friday and as expected it was busy totally fine, now let me say converse as a corporation you are terrible, what's the point of offering 15% if you aren't going to give it to the customer as soon as they sign up for your rewards. Instead they said that we had to wait 15 to 30 min in order to get the deal which is ridiculous especially on a Black Friday. Not only are you ripping off the customers, you are also putting your employees at risk for having to deal with pissed off people.

Worst service EVER, coupled with rude Behavior. I brought 3 items at $85 each to the register, and asked if I needed 3 separate transactions. The 'manager' told me one coupon per day; even though I have done this multiple times. Just lost the ENTIRE sale. ? ?

Been a fan of Converse...moreover, their style for a long time, they're comfy slip-on/shoes. Don't know if it's the product or just me being too harsh on them, but the declining quality of the All Stars have been noticeable. Customer service has been great at this location from the many times I've visited, very attentive and down to earth people, so it's all good in that department. Lately, I've grown to like their competitor's brand, rhymes with Can's. :) living an active lifestyle, these shoes/sandals are just built a little better, no need for added shoe goop. (Perhaps a Converse rep is reading this and may want to consider better adhesives).

Worst service ever. I call to ask about a pair of shoes and they said no it's online then straight up hang up on me before I could ask another question. Like who does that for reals. That is no way to conduct a business.

My husband and i visited your store today with our 5 month old infant and decided what a cute idea it would be for all of us to get matching converse so we did a little bit of trying on for our baby and during that time we were customer serviced about 4 times just as we walked in! after declining each one i started getting a bit confused as to why they felt like we needed the most help in a store packed full of other customers. now that we had our infants correct size we move onto the mens area in the back and my husband is trying on shoes while i'm trying to get our baby to stop fussing so i put him in the wrap on me. during this time, the same people are walking up and circling around us asking if we need help literally seconds after one another. two workers stay put about 3-5 feet away just staring at our family while two other workers continue to circle around us constantly asking if we need help. what on earth are we doing that's so wrong that we "need" so much f****** assistance. the answer is, they know that we don't. they think we're in there to steal, treating us as if we're criminals and "deterring" theft by customer servicing. normal servicing is fine, that is your job, after all, but a constant watch a constant question if we need help 30 seconds after one another and walking around the store peeping and following us is a level of harassment. after making our purchase, i asked to speak to the manager and let him know my displeasure of shopping with them today and the only thing that he said was he's sorry i got the wrong impression and how they were waiting for someone they haven't seen in a long time return back to the store, something completely irrelevant and a topic change. this isn't a matter of me getting the "wrong impression". anyone getting constantly approached for no reason while minding their own business shopping is harassment and dare i even say discrimination. is a filipino man and a white woman with a baby such a scene that causes workers to disengage customer service with any other shopper in the store just for our family "spectacle"? i'm honestly so disgusted by the treatment in this store and it leaves such a bad taste in my mouth.

Every time I walk in this store someone checks in to see if they can help. I find everything I need at every visit. I recently called to inquire about a size for a specific shoe and they guy on the line checked the stock and was able to hold my shoe for pickup at the store. I walked in and my shoe was ready for pickup. Quick and easy. Service is straightforward. Grab what you need and go.

Excellent customer service at this location. Denise was very helpful, letting me know about the good deals this store had. And also Gen at the register was awesome . She gave me a coupon for my next visit. Thank you Converse
