Main reason is good experiences but more important 5 years of warranty. And drives do degrade over time. Now I always had services directly with Seagate so I was a bit reluctant to order from a Company that site between the OEM and me. So we had run a test at one point and found out that that SabrePC returned a replacement in less than half the time of Seagate and that gave me the confidence to order a dozen or so 16TB drives. So last week I started having issue with one of the drives (not a full failure) and returned it and after some direct interaction they shipped me a replacement. Being able to directly interact with customer support without feeling it goes into into a big backbox is a major advantage. So overall happy with the choice we made."”
“Totally amazing place to work and the products are evolving so quickly to change the game with people's online lives whether it be gaming or hybrid working. I have never had any major problems with any of their products although maybe the software could be a bit more intuitive, but I think this is because of the rapid development. This company works too. Very nice building to work from as well”
“There were plenty of associates available if you needed assistance. Store was clean and store inventory on the sales floor appeared to be sufficient enough for the day.”
