Comerica Bank has given me tremendous support for almost 10 years, and Perul, the Branch Manager has gone out of her way to help me on so many occasions that make feel so grateful that I am banking with Comerica. Let me give a few specifics: I am an 80year-old woman, & when I was trying to add my son to my account, Perul found a very innovative way to do so that still followed my estate attorney's instructions. The most powerful example was when I was getting a cashier's check to buy a car, Perul wanted to make sure that everything was legal & that this was not a scam. I also must mention her great staff who have also been so supportive throughout the years. I plan to go onto Yelp as well as Google Maps to give a shout-out to my branch of Comerica!!! Thank-you! Thank-you!

Customer service just isn't accommodating. I tried cashing my check with the clerk John and he just wasn't accommodating at all. He straight out told me no because the check date was 1 day early. He didn't even ask for the manager which is what usually happens. He only tried selling me on opening an account and when i said no he replied with "Guess we'll see you tomorrow." This guy has to be new because I've never seen him in my years of coming to this place. He needs to get retrained or something. He will not go the extra mile for people, bare minimum.

I stopped in to do a withdrawal for our business and it took me a lot longer to get in and out for several reasons. I spent around 20 to 30 minutes to do a small cash withdrawal. There wasn't a line, but there were a lot of technical and policy issues. I was first told the computer system was not working. Then they needed to go back to manual signature cards. I was told that I was not on the signature card, but I said I have been on the business account even before they current card they were viewing. Then they had to look further back into records and I'm not sure if they were calling headquarters, but finally after a while, they found me in the previously filed paperwork. After the fact, I asked why don't they just put our names in the computer for the business accounts. They said it would be too much trouble as the signers change all the time. Afterwards, the bank employee said they are planning to do what I just mentioned for the entire bank which should be done in 2 weeks. So for the banking computer systems and paper system, I would say it is not very smooth. As for the staff, they were kind but this type of procedure and policy is not what I'm used to at other banks. We will see in a few weeks if things improve.

I always heard about free checking and the service, but now I finally got to experience it first hand. I came in to Comerica for the free checking. Just started a new business and was looking to cut costs by avoiding the service charges from the big banks. When you are starting out a business its always wines to keep costs as low as possible and re-invest every penny you can...just my two cents... I found the staff here to be very helpful and friendly, all the way from the tellers to the managers and the faceless folks that helped me over the phone as well... Simple. Easy going and helpful.

Exactly my type. Of bank careing about their customers Financing. Quick to respond in situations that require there superior expertise. Case like unusual activity in accounts. Happy to say that every thing went well. THANK YOU GOD BLESS YOU
