I come here weekly to use the dryers. Typically the usual load of clothes will take 40 minutes to dry on medium heat and would be $2.50 at the time of this posting. The machines accept either the good ol US Quarter and for the people that don't believe in carrying cash/change they do accept credit cards directly on the equipment! If there are any issues with the machine you can always call or text the owner and he'll make sure you're taken cared of!

Washers work great but none of the dryers would take any of my cards. I had to go home and dry my laundry all across my house. For a laundromat in the middle of silicon valley, that is ridiculous. It shouldn't be secondary to accept cards over coins.

The dryer machine ate my coin. I put 6 quarters in, which should be 24 mins drying, but it only showed 8mins

Don’t use card here for a 32 minute drive charge me $10. That is outrageous. Only use coins here do not use card it’s a rip off. And let them lie to they say it’s a hold charge, but you won’t get your money back. Don’t use ur card here.

There's an old asian man that works there who has a serious staring problem. I've seen him blatantly stare at some of the women that are washing their laundry on both occasions that I've gone to wash my clothes. If this is how one employee acts, then God only knows what the other employees are like.

The Coin-Op Laundromat offers an excellent wash, dry, and fold service. They use high-quality Tide soap and softener, ensuring your clothes come out fresh and clean. The dryer is equipped with paper Bounce sheets, leaving your laundry smelling amazing. The best part is the meticulous folding--they take great care in making sure your clothes are neatly folded and ready to be put away. Overall, my experience at the Coin-Op Laundromat was excellent.

I've been coming here for almost a year now. It's not the biggest place but it's usually very clean, it feels safe to my girlfriend (important!), everything always works and the pricing seems to be the most affordable or best bang for your dollar in and around Milpitas. They have good roller carts. They have a mix of washing machines and some are coins only while others are coins or cards. All their dryers take both payment options and the facility hasn't had an app for payments to this point. Their bathroom requires a key, which requires you to fill out a form so you have it the next time you are there. A bit inconvenient when you need it the first time, yes, however, anymore, it's becoming normal operating procedure. I'm happy my business doesn't require public bathrooms....

I like this place. Clean and machines don't take very long. Dryers heat up quickly so it doesn't cost as much as some other places that don't service their machines.

This place is ok. But if you have to use the restroom don't go here. Bathroom locked. When you call for assistance they tell you, you have to fill out a form and they will MAIL YOU THE BATHROOM KEY TO YOUR HOUSE. That is so crazy.
