I have the same issue, I'm waiting for 1 hour, then the banker collected all my existed documents then told me, one document is lacked but even it not important, but she let me go back after all docs ready. Wasting time.

Excellent experience. I open my bank account today service by Miron Truong. She spent a lot of time to answer all my questions. Only the waiting time would be quite long if you done go earlier.
