Bad service, long waits, feeling ignored, errors in counting money, you name it. I'd drive 20 mins away or go to another bank rather than come here again

Citi bank at this location doesn’t even worth 1 star, should be negative star. This bank customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Bankers don't care about walk-in sign up sheet. Bankers don't look at the sign up sheet, they come out, greet whoever they know or speak Chinese and take them in. After talking to one customer, all the Bankers go hide the room in back, disappear for 10 mins or so. Once they come back out, they ignore the sign up sheet. Left the place after waited 1.5 hr. Don't come here!!!

Absolutely a hell to go to. No one gives a shhh. They don't return your calls. You end up sitting in the wait room for hours for no reason.

Dont feel like giving 0ne star . No customer service at all. If you call them always unreachable and your call will be transfered to call centre to Phillipines who have either no access to resolve issues or they hardly understand anything. Always asking for Your ATM complete number with PIN. How to share this sensitive info person from Manila. Citibank client services within last few years went from 10* to 1 star* Wont recommend doing business with this bank.

Poor service.Lunch time on a Friday..busy day..busy time.. and one teller only.Tall guy with dark hair speaks to us like we are below his state...Seven people in line and no one gives a kaka..It used to be a good bank.Now it is just a bank..lazy..indifferent..and time wasting.. what a shame..shame shame shame on you citi Milpitas.Sunnyvale kick ur rear end by miles and miles ..

Very bad service, don't go to this branch in 5 N Milpitas, CA. The banker doesn't have experience. I open the saving A/C and make a deposit but the teller deposit my money to the wrong A/C ( that mean my A/C have zero balance, but my check the bank already cash ) how do you think if your money go away with no reason ???? and I have to go back to the bank many time for 2 weeks to get my money back. And also in my mailing address they input the wrong address also. If you don't want to waste your time don't go to this branch, very bad service. If I can rate 0 star I will, it does not deserve 1 star.

I really hate to name names, but this bank has good staffs and a bad branch managers. When I wire transferred my money from another institute to here only because this bank is closest to my mom's house. And it's her birthday. I have to went through phone calls after phone calls to get the bank to agree that the transfer was complete and I have enough funds in my account. To my surprise, the bank doesn't have enough cash to cover a $60K withdrawal. According to CitiGold card representative that the bank manager needs to initiate the cash infusion. This really ticked me off because bank branch manager said she needed to get IRT approval(Citi internal group that tracks money flow), but the CitiGold said the money was good to go. After venting my frustration, the branch manager finally contacted another Citibank to see if they have enough cash for me to withdraw. Before she sent me over there, I was allowed to withdraw 10 grands. This whole experience was very bizarre as if I was in some 3rd world countries. You can't touch your own money unless you make an withdrawal appointment first. Now I understand why some people keep their money underneath the mattress. Sad thing is I actually opened an business account here 8 years ago. I just don't understand how this place degrades to this low level.
