Being very surprised about the low score they have here. I have very good experience at this Milpitas local branch. No appointment, I usually just walk in when i recalled some troubles I need to fix. Last time it was 4 months ago Seema took the lead within 5 minutes after I completed that sigh-up sheet. She analyzes all the pro and con for my question applying promotion plans. Also the bank tellers whoever processed my checks are always polite and nice. I am very satisfied with this team considering they are so underrated among these comments
I went to this branch again. Great service as always

Horrific customer service. I had multiple checks to deposit, the teller insisted on running them as "free work" (a bank term meaning, essentially, later). I explained that no, they need to be run now because handling them as free work introduces an extra 24 hour delay in the funds clearing. There was no one behind me in line. Three times while I was speaking to the teller she spoke rudely in vietnamese to her fellow teller, then spoke to me in broken english. She again said she was going to run my deposit as free work, at which point I simply took all my checks back, told her the customer service at this branch is awful, and I went to the branch in Los Gatos, which is always staffed with professional and courteous tellers. I will NEVER go to the Milpitas branch again. They actually REFUSED to do the simple task requested of them. Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe the disrespectful way they treat customers.

I was having an ok day running errands. I left this bank feeling awesome. Seema has got to be the most genuine and positive person I have ever met. Everyone from the minute I walked in and left, just amazing!!! Opened a new account today. I trust them and know my money is safe! Thank you Citibank

Bad service, long waits, feeling ignored, errors in counting money, you name it. I'd drive 20 mins away or go to another bank rather than come here again

Citi bank at this location doesn’t even worth 1 star, should be negative star. This bank customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Bankers don't care about walk-in sign up sheet. Bankers don't look at the sign up sheet, they come out, greet whoever they know or speak Chinese and take them in. After talking to one customer, all the Bankers go hide the room in back, disappear for 10 mins or so. Once they come back out, they ignore the sign up sheet. Left the place after waited 1.5 hr. Don't come here!!!

Dont feel like giving 0ne star . No customer service at all. If you call them always unreachable and your call will be transfered to call centre to Phillipines who have either no access to resolve issues or they hardly understand anything. Always asking for Your ATM complete number with PIN. How to share this sensitive info person from Manila. Citibank client services within last few years went from 10* to 1 star* Wont recommend doing business with this bank.
