Currently, Chase is at record highs and valued at half a trillion and operations, worldwide. Customer service at the bank should reflect that status and it starts with customer satisfaction. To keep customer retention, it is recommended to work on helping customers at a quicker pace, especially when the manpower behind the desks are low. Most patrons like myself go on lunch hour traffic and would like assistance. I would have definitely utilized the ATM machines for cash withdrawal yesterday, but the machines do not carry my preferred denominations. I'm definitely embarrassed for having announced to the teller yesterday, "I'm on a timed lunch and have been waiting for 10 mins in line now..." Gave her my ID and cards. She surprisingly looked up my account and gave me the cash, all under 2 mins. Was not difficult at all and I'm sure the patrons behind me in line appreciated the quick interaction. I normally give fair ratings and since 3 is my favorite number, this will reflect the number of stars appearing for this review.

This bank is horrible. There was a long line, all of their employees ignored it. I understand that it might not be their department. But at least find someone that can open another window. Our time is valuable. I'm thinking about closing my account here.

Very bad customer service, teller are not very polite to me. I was waiting for long line and only 1 teller at desk. My request was very simple for direct wire transfer but teller told me to ask one of banker to help, then I wait for banker but banker told me teller can help me with it. This is really waste my time.

One of the ATMs doesn't work at all, the other one doesn't accept contactless. Waited for 15 minutes in line to no avail, very disappointing.

Fraudulent transactions allowed to take place at this location cost me over $1000, and a week of my time. Manager couldn’t be bother to even apologize. Disappointing experience as a customer that zero effort to protect my money, my account or proactively resolve their mistake, I cannot recommend anyone do businesses here. Find a local credit union.

Chase Bank is next door to CVS. It does have handicap parking up front close towards CVS. I actually didn't notice if it had the handicapped door opener button though. They do have two ATM machines as you go through the doors. One is lower which is probably just right for handicapped use. They do not have a drive through as the bank is centered in a shopping center.

There is always a long way to get service in this branch. You can see people in the office but no one will come out to help you. Only one teller is working in the branch and long line.

I use chase for one of my hvac bussiness. Chase has alwsys been good to me. Everyone at this location is super friendly,it feels like im at home. Chase has so many locations thru out the world. Chase out of all other big corp banks They by far is the best. They beat bank of america,wells fargo and or citi bank.There systems (software is updated . They have zelle and ect. I never got a loan from them so I can't review that dept ,but as far a bussiness banking they are A ok.lol

Chase is a good bank with a tone of great options. You can use J.P. Morgan for investments, get great credit cards, or any of their other great banking services. This location wasn't to bad. I was in and out and used the ATM once. I had no problems.

Very bad service and policy, I opened a checking account about two months ago in Chase, then suddenly the bank closed my account, the reason is that I had deposited too many checks(all checks were from the state government), and refused me to have any business with them in the future. What is such bank policy?
