Great experience. I came on a Friday afternoon to do the live scan process for my CPA. It was so easy and quick. Staff was friendly as well. Highly recommend coming here for the live scan process.

This business likes to twist customers words and experience in order to thrive as a business you need to own up to your behaviors and attitudes towards customers you added a new word in your defense like me twisting or changing what your employee couldn't figure out. I petitioned my wife my self and know the process.Ignorance on your behalf. My wife and I will be the first to say we forgive the business owner and employee that treated us the way they did. If anyone can help this business be updated on how to process fingerprinting I believe there are programs they can purchase or free down loads so that they are leaders in this area of business lacking nothing and having full knowledge on how to proceed and be above all.

Came in today to ship a last-minute package, SO thankful this place is open an hour after the post offices close. I made a mistake with my package and left something out, and Bhavana was super patient and friendly and helped me repackage and reseal the missing part of the gift into the larger package. This was super close to closing time too, genuinely SO thankful he offered to do this. 10/10 service, thank you so much! :)

This place is honestly the worst. Don't bother coming here at 10 am when they open. They will roll in around 10:05-10:10 am (if you are lucky) and then they take their sweet time setting up the place and rolling out the racks. And this isn't a one-off...I've experienced this at least 4 times in the past. Owners, if your opening hours are 10 am, then you need to actually open the doors at 10 am.

For starters the lady and older man are rude. I went in for a live scan. I recommend going somewhere else. Not friendly people here at all.

I guess I should have read the reviews before I came. I called in about finger prints and they denied me because I got there a min after 5:30pm. He was rude and I would suggest you get your live scan done some where else.

I've been here once before to drop off returns. This is my first time actually getting a service done. If you check in on Yelp there is a $2 off for any services over $10 but I forgot to bring it up. I definitely recommend paying with cash because of the credit card fee. I came for a live scan (walk-in) and it went pretty smoothly since I had my forms (all 3 copies) ready. He takes your hand and does the fingerprinting for you and takes each finger and presses it on the scanner. I've never done this before and didn't know what to expect lol They have this flimsy plastic cover hanging between you and the station to sort of add another layer of protection during this process. There is only one worker, as far as I know. There are lots of services with one person doing them all.. so I wouldn't expect to be in and out the store very fast if there's a line. Make sure to plan ahead :) I'm not complaining since it's so close to me. It's also a veryyy small store and can get cramped pretty fast.

Worker gave me a bad attitude during a delivery. I tried to explain what the situation was and he kept shooing me away. Great choice for a front of business person. Tried to explain the customer gave us a specific adress and a specific mailbox but still would not accept the package.

I dropped off my package here on a Tuesday and I received an email from the merchant that it was marked as dropped off on Wednesday(the day after it was actually dropped off). This is a time sensitive return and now I'm afraid it will affect my return/refund. In addition to this, the employee refused to provide me a return receipt when I requested one. I've visited and have used several UPS drop off locations, which have all provided me a receipt upon request. If u need your package returned within a designated time frame and need a receipt, avoid this place!

went to this place but get a very bad experience, bad service, ask additional 2 dollars if you want to use card. I don't have enough cash then the old woman said I can pay have cash have card, why so addict to cash? can't see smile or nice face here, i will not recom' this place.
