Great customer service, and a timely matter. Called in with a minor battery issue on a wednesday morning, brought my car in right away and had my car back and working right with no over charges by noon. Big shout out to this place 👍🏾

BYOC Auto Repair did an amazing job with my BMW i3! They handled a brake flush, installed new tires, and completed a tire alignment all in record time. The owner kept me informed every step of the way, and the level of professionalism was top-notch. I was back on the road the same day, and the car drives perfectly. Fast, friendly, and trustworthy—I'll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!

Did a great job I was having some trouble with an older car and they were sympathetic to the fact of expense of the repairs in the car they help me with a temporary fix to keep it running for a while until I find a new car I decide to buy. The temp fix is holding up fine.

I’ve been WAITING to write a review. This place is beyond amazing: I went to 3 different shops and called countless others with high estimation costs who told me I needed to do xyz to drive. This place and Eric were so honest with me. They fixed the minimum of what I needed and made sure it was safe for me to drive and answered every question I had. They were so patient and so kind with me and reached out constantly to update me. Please please please come here if you’re having car problems.

Had my parts originally which i returned and Eric was able to provide me the same warranty for the parts plus his 2 year warranty or 24K miles which ever comes first. Very professional and the repair is holding out. Only mechanic I know provides a loaner car without extra cost. Replacement of water pump and thermostat for my 2004 Chevy Tahoe.

BYOC is my goto place for regular oil changes and repairs. I always found them easy to work with and are quick to diagnose and fix problems. I am also told informed about the recommended repairs that I need to perform on my car and also which ones are critical.
