I went to this store for the very first time since it has been opened in May of 2024 it's a huge store they had a lot of great things and I was going to buy some things and ended up not buying anything because I had to use the restroom and I couldn't find anyone I didn't even know who to look for to open the restroom. I don't think I'll be going back to that store it's too busy. When I got in line to check out I was waiting in line for nearly 45 minutes to an hour. I'll go to other Burlington stores which also still have a lot of variety in their products and the weight to check out doesn't take that long.

Worst customer service. The billing line would take forever and they will have only 2 associates at the counters irrespective of how busy they are. Better to choose any other burlington stores close by

I had to wait 50 min until I pay for my t shirts. There were only 2 cashiers working. Plz analyze the customer flow and plan the proper number of cashier accordingly.

The line is always long here. You will stand at least 45 minutes to an hour just waiting in line to checkout so be prepared to wait.
Also wants to talk about an incident today , one of the employees who ran me up was noticeably sick. He had a mask on & gloves, which is fine but you don’t go to work when you’re sick because you can get your coworkers and customers sick.
He then proceeded to wipe his nose right in front of me with a used tissue right before ringing me up, then he put it back in his pocket without even changing his gloves or using hand sanitizer. Mind you, he did this all in FRONT OF ME, a paying customer. I feel really grossed out by this and I wanted to change cashiers right away, but he was already touching my items. I had to disinfect everything at home. ?
This is just gross ? behavior and I get that he is sick, but you can at least not do this in front of your customers especially paying customers if I had the chance I would’ve asked to switch, but it’s already too late. At least I disinfected everything, but let’s hope I don’t get sick from this employee from Burlington.

One of the worst Burlington. They may have best collection but the checkout lines are at least 2 hrs in weekend. Many seniors and people with kids were standing in line. There are 10 registers but only 2 employees. Why can't they install self checkout counters? And where is store manager. Pathetic and we will never come here again for shopping. Stay away from this place.

Store has good collection of clothing's.
But during weekends it takes 1 to 2 hours for billing line. Billing process is very slow .

Always my favorite. Not now they ran out of variety and hardly there is anything new. Sad that, they closed down their outlet in Westgate, Saratoga. It was the best always.

There selection is ok but do not seem to come out with new shipment. Also dressing rooms are always closed which makes no sense to purchase and have to possibly go back to return.
