My wife and I came into this store on Sept 10 to browse and found many things we loved. We left with some Disney items which were reasonably priced and easily accessible. Great service, selection, and value here!
Also, there are often sales and coupons that you can leverage for a better deal. Their clearance section also usually has some good deals/finds too.
We also wanted to recognize Blue for her awesome and helpful service. She kindly and patiently helped clarify some confusion we had around our online order and fulfillment. Thank you, Blue! 10's across the board! =]

Always an excellent experience coming here!
Customer service is awesome! So friendly and helpful.There’s one gentlemen who I usually always see there who I pop in who is so sweet and always helpful when I’m in need of an answer or help with an item.
Store is always clean & organized. Once you walk through the door you are drawn into the entire store. I always walk out with something. Every week is new deals, new product!

Andrea (I think that’s how to spell her name) was such an amazing person! I asked about the hello kitty and friends slow cooker. This location ran out but she took it upon herself to call the newark location to see if they still have one!!!

So I didn't want to write this review but after sitting on the thought for a while it's about time. A few days ago I went to Boxlunch to see if they had any Spider-Man miles morales merch, and I was in luck! I grabbed what I liked and headed to checkout, the cashier was talking to her manager who I think was named Mark and they were talking about inappropriate topics. I checked out and tried to make friendly conversation because the cashier was like "Omg I just saw the movie and it was amazing" and we talked about the movie for a quick 30 seconds while the manager was standing there. I checked out and as I was walking away I heard Mark mumble to the cashier, "that dude is a F*ggot", a slur used against lgbtq individuals, and I was honestly shocked because I did nothing to provoke the man. I didn't wanna cause a scene so I walked away but I was really hurt. Honestly Boxlunch, do better, Mark If you see this, do better.

This is the only boxlunch I've been to but I love it. All the employees are so nice and knowledgeable about the products and honestly I love how you can just strike up a conversation with them. The store is always clean, looks spotless everytime I go in. Also they have great stuff as well

Box lunch has great gifts for yourself and others and I love the selection of both Funko Pops and the pop culture collections. They always have something cool for Harry Potter fans, GOT, Stranger Things fans and more. Plus the staff here are super helpful and always willing to hunt things down for you!
