Love their service. Mary is amazing with nails all the time. Have been going to her for years. Diane is great with pedicure too. Definitely recommend this salon.

I did a walk in at 5pm and was sat down right away. That was for the 2 stars. The nail tech who did my pedi was nice and did everything I asked. The other nail tech named Mary who did my mani was a bit rude and rushing. I told her I wanted natural short nails and not too thick. I repeatedly asked her to make them shorter and thinner. She kept saying "ok, I file for you, don't worry". I gave up.. left with thick, fat, and long nails.

Love the place but every time i call they're too busy but yet if you have an appointment and someone walks in they always take them so it's frustrating that you can take a walk in but not a call and its 9am they just opened just not sure of there short staff but its the reason i haven't gone back which is said since its 5 minutes from my house.

Bliss Beauty and Spa is located in the city of Milpitas. The spa is very clean, well kept and organized. Response time for an eyelash extension appointment was very quick. Upon arrival I was welcomed and greeted in by the Spa Manager, she made sure I was comfortable and settled in. My Eyelash Tech did a phenomenal job from beginning to end. She recommended the top trends of Lash styles which was very helpful when making my selection. I went with a Hybrid Volume with Spikes. My Lash Tech took her time which I do appreciate because I felt reassured that she was putting a lot of care and effort to give me the desired look that I wanted. I am so happy and satisfied with my new lash set, definitely going back to Bliss for my fills. Overall my experience at Bliss Beauty and Spa has been amazing.

Victoria and Cindy, my manicurist, are excellent nail artists! The place is clean and very relaxing. Price is reasonable.

Nail lady didnt do what I asked. Hurt me several times without barely even an apology. Didnt thoroughly clean or file my nails. Worst part of all is when I was explaining she shut me up to talk to the other lady working there. I went in for a fill to do chrome on my nails and she charged me $65! ? I will never return here again. Overpriced and underserved. No massage. I was pollite and respectful. Domt do your nails here is all I have to say. Almond shape doesnt look the best either. Didnt even properly clean under my nails.Service: Acrylic nails

I'm late to writing this review because of all things wedding, but I had a fabulous experience with Katie! This was the first time I was getting acrylic nails done for my wedding. I showed Katie a picture of a design on my laptop, and she copied it to a T! She was very gentle and meticulous. I hate going to a nail salon and feeling like the nail tech is rushed and you end up paying for not quality work, but this experience with Katie was far from that. Would highly recommend anyone to her, she is very good at what she does.

I always hop around from one nail salon to the other because I could never find one that I really like. I decided to go to Bliss Beauty and Spa after seeing the great Yelp reviews on Cindy and Katie. I love how they're very accommodating and they take time to carefully detail your customized nails. This is my second time coming back and I always request for Katie.

Appointments were easy to make/change over the phone. I came in early and only wait for about 10 mins. Thank you Katie for doing my nails! I showed her some inspo pictures and she executed them amazingly and suggested better options like the flower design. She was super nice and was very attentive to detail. She took her time to make sure I liked the length and designs. I will be coming back here again in the future.

Second time at this nail salon, I called in on a Sunday around 4:30ish to see if they had time to do a gel manicure since I wouldn't be able to squeeze in time during the week before Christmas. Came in and Dung did a wonderful job! I was hesitant about the color but she reassured me it would look good and I really ended up loving it! Thank you Dung! I definitely will be coming back and I recommend this nail salon 10/10.

I recently moved to Milpitas, and needed to locate a nail shop that was closer (my last spot was in Pleasanton). I am SO glad I found Bliss Beauty, and truly thankful for Cindys work. Her efficiency, service, and work is the best in the South Bay. This has become my monthly routine, and I couldn't ask for a better service. Thank you, Cindy !

The only reason why this place is getting any star at all is because of Mai. Otherwise would have given a zero star if I could. The lady that did my nails was rude, really rough, rushed through my nails to get to a customer that was complaining she had to be seen cause she had to catch a flight (sorry thats not anyone else's problem but hers) . She left me with unfinished, rough edged nails, didn't change gloves, and started to work on the other girl. After I asked for the polish on my skin to be removed, someone else helped me, removed the polish on my skin, did my lotion, and my manicurist wouldnt even look up to acknowledge me. I even asked for a file to file away the jagged gel edges on my own freaking nails and to remove the excess gel stucked to my skin. My French tip is uneven and had I not asked if she was going to put the glitter I requested she would have forgotten. Worst service and mani I've ever experienced. Definitely will not be back. I was so upset I left after paying, and my friends went in to talk to someone. My friend got a partial refund, but honestly I could care less about the money when the service is so unacceptable.
