Went to them for a recovery drive for a laptop I purchased. Between them and the laptop's vendor (the vendor is usually known for good quality products), I am left with a dead laptop and a useless recovery drive. I repeatedly reached out to them for assistance and they stopped answering when I questioned if the drive was corrupted or not created correctly. I wasn't rude, and I was only asking questions as their own instructions weren't accurate or working.Whatever device you are buying, do some research to see who supports that vendor's products. If it's Bizcom, I'd steer clear.

Worst company I've ever had the displeasure to work with, not even deserving of 1 star.Communication with customers and even with their own front office is slow to non-existent. Their internal systems are buggy and disorganized. Ordered an ASUS recovery media from them, and it takes over a week for them to ship my order. This was after I called their offices to request an update and change to overnight shipping, which I was then told wasn't possible despite overnight being an option on their site.Prior email inquiries about my order was ignored, and once they finally do ship, their internal system is so awful, it can't even give me a correct tracking number. Inquiries about that issue is of course met with more delays and non-responses.Avoid this company like the plague, and take your product to BestBuy or elsewhere for repairs and recovery media. Better yet, avoid ASUS altogether for forcing you to use this company, disgraceful.EDIT: 8/10 update, my package was "delivered" but I can't find my package anywhere, typical. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY, i can't say this enough.EDIT: 8/12 update, got my package finally, after a month. If you can, just take your problems to ASUS, avoid these guys since they'll just waste your time.

Bizcom has piss poor service and takes forever to ship media that should be readily available. I am disgusted that ASUS will Only let you buy recovery media from these jokers. Bizcom is a FAILURE for any support needed with any sense of urgency.

3 years ago I had to RMA my Asus gaming laptop because the power port stopped working. I got it back and obviously that worked. Last year my laptop felt hot and abruptly shut off while playing a graphics heavy game and wouldn't turn back on. It worked again the next day. About a week ago, it dawned on me that the vent on the right side wasn't blowing any air out. That was the fan to the GPU. I opened it up to find that the fan wasn't even connected. They forgot to plug in the cooling fan for the GPU on a gaming laptop! They were the only ones to service my laptop. It has never been opened since. And the dust on the CPU fan and none on the GPU fan can tell you that it never worked when I got it back. For 3 years my laptop was running on one fan, probably overheating itself constantly. Definitely overheating one time to the point of an emergency shutdown. EDIT: Since the pictures don't want to show up on this page, you can see them in the review on my profile

Purchased recovery media for my laptop on 06/24 with expectations of receiving it between 06/29-06/30. Nope. These imbasils wait until 5 days AFTER my product was paid for to ship the package. Now it will be an additional week before I receive my recovery media, and customer service will not talk to me about how to resolve the issue. They have 4 hours until close, and according to the receptionist no one is at the office to speak with me. If you can avoid it DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Why does Toshiba use this company to repair their products? The service is poor to say the least. RMA Number rings constantly w/o answer, if you get someone there is never timely follow up. Extremely poor customer service.

Sent ASUS laptop to them (on RMA from ASUS) and got an estimate of $300 to replace a hard drive and keyboard - RIDUCLOUS! For that money I can get a new laptop. SO I refused the repair and they sent it back with all the crews for cover missing and also hard drive caddy screws missing. Numerous call to ASUS brought no relief in get screws from these dirt bags.

Horrible asus rma experience. They Sent me shipping confirmation and then didn't drop the package to fedex drop off location until 10 days later. I got my rma back in 1 month. On top of that, they shipped it snail mail, and they did not pack the power supply separately- when i got my computer back, the power supply had crashed into the screen and broke the screen. Now asus is making me ship it back to these bozos to fix again. Shameful busines model and abysmal customer service. Asus is going to lose business because of these clowns.

I asked them to send me back my original box for my $1,700 computer and they didn't even bother. Instead they gave me an oversized box, and didn't even wrap my computer properly, there's a hole and a huge mark from where my computer smacked against the box. Total repair time 2 weeks, 10 business days. And another 4 days for them to actually ship it. ASUS customer service online chat is awesome, but they kept telling me "your unit will ship tomorrow" repeadelty. You guys represent ASUS, a huge leading manufacture for computers, how can you guys be such an embarrassment to their company? I guess the bad reviews are right. I give them 3 stars because they did, f*** up on sending me my original box, not shipping my unit, giving me some garbage oversized box. Now time to go plug it in and pray it works. Update** I plugged it in, my computer smells of burnt solder and no display... I sent it in because the GPU died.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE RMA EXPERIENCE. Not sure what ASUS was thinking when they contracted these people to repair their notebooks, but I've never had such a dissatisfying experience with a company before. I have had to send my notebook in 3 times, since someone is clearly incompetent in this business and cannot repair a computer properly. On the third try, they kept my computer for 22 days, said they got a replacement, and then said that they actually had a miscommunication and they could not find a replacement anymore and that I would have to continue waiting. When my whole miserable experience was about to end -- when they finally began to ship my device out, I was told that I'd get overnight shipping, but guess what? I have to wait another 5 days to receive my computer back because, again, this company cannot do business correctly. It's a shame that Asus is even connected with such a ridiculously horrible company. I'm sorry Asus, but you're seriously losing out here. Good luck with the other dedicated customers that you'll be turning away. Because you sure are losing one here.

Horrible ASUS RMA experience. The communication between ASUS and this company is very poor, which leads to poor customer experience. I'm having the same issue as the other complaining customers.
