I came here to get work shoes. The store has a good selection of high-quality shoes. But what stood out most was the customer service. Kaylin is very knowledgeable, gives great advice, and is extremely patient. She helped me find the right shoe size, brought me lots of options to try, and gave me plenty of time to decide. I do not buy shoes frequently and consider them a major purchase. I now sometimes use an orthotic in my shoes and I am very committed to taking care of my feet so they will take care of me!! Beck's came well recommended by a friend and I ventured in to the Beck's on Milpitas Blvd in Milpitas and received outstanding customer service from Kaylin. She was patient, personable, brought me plenty of options to try, made helpful recommendations, called my attention to a useful sale and put my shoes on hold for a few days as I didn't have time to complete my "footwear exploration" the first day I went in. She patiently helped me figure it all out when I returned several days later to complete my purchases. I bought more than one pair/style of footwear which will stand me in good stead for several years. Thanks for your help, Kaylin!

I stopped by to get new work shoes and Kaylin was super helpful. I didn't realize I had been wearing the wrong size boots until she gave me a custom fitting. She was very informative, gave me plenty of options, and her energetic personality made for an excellent customer service experience. I arrived dreading shopping and left having had one of the best experiences. I will definitely be back again and will be recommending Kaylin (11/10) and this store to my friends and family!

My recent visit to this location was incredibly disappointing. This experience greatly soured my impression of the store, and I rather shred my $500 work vouchers than spending a dime at this store! Not only did I encounter a lack of assistance, but the staff's attitude was shockingly rude and dismissive. My work provided 2 vouchers and I insisted on different sizes. I'm the paying customer and if I tried on the shoes and said they fit therefore it means they fit. Why would the sale associate argue otherwise! The older woman with black hair was very condescending. Without contracts through companies, I doubt anyone would spend their out of pocket for shoes here. You can definitely get better pricing through other sites and better service at least.

The blonde woman who works there is incredibly rude. The moment I walked in she was on me didn't give me a moment to even shop before trying to get my contact info and sign me up for god knows what. I asked to try on a specific boot she went to the back and came back with one that was not even on display. I asked for a certain size to accommodate my lengthy toes and she began to argue that was not correct. Not good service, left without making a purchase even with my work provided voucher, would not recommend this location!

The lady that was handling the store put in a lot of effort to help me get the shoes I wanted. She even took a couple mins out of her lunch hour to help me out. If you want great customer service, I recommend this place.
