Control panel short circuited and nearly caused a fire. Company refuses to answer calls or send anyone out to repair it. Shoddy workmanship, terrible customer service.

I really like everyone here and am very pleased with the work that's been done but the completion of my project is lagging. COVID aside, I still have construction debris in my driveway from when my job wrapped up in March. I am also still awaiting touch ups such as caulking, ceiling cracks, loose pavers,... to be completed and the final permit to be signed off. I have paid in full as of March and am growing quite frustrated at my repeated requests to finish. I've been more than patient- My advice is to hold back on your final payment until everything is done 100%.

Tom and his crew did a great job on our roof and gutter repair. We received a quick response and assessment while other companies in the area had a several month wait time. Furthermore, Tom clearly explained what the issue and explained how he would approach making the fix. We got a detailed quote from Tom such that we knew exactly what was in scope for the job. The team completed the job quickly and without problems. We highly recommend his team!

Three months ago, I started looking for a contractor to remold my 1980's home. After interviewing 7 or 8 contractors, I decided having Tom from Bay Home Builders to do the projects. I never feel regret. Tom and his team did a fantastic job to give my home new paint, new floors, a new kitchen, new closets, new powder room, and new lighting on first floor. I have a beautiful new home now! I purchased kitchen cabinets from ikea. Although the cabinets are well designed but they require complete assembly, installation, and additional cut to fit which is challenging for many contractors. Tom's team did excellent job and the outcome is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I have to live in the home during the construction. Tom carefully arranged the projects so that we could stay clean and comfortable. Tom and the team were also very patient to accept changes during construction. They even did a lot of additional work without charges such as installed new sliding doors for 3 closets, secure old cabinets in my garage, installing vanity in powder room, installing blinds and curtain rods, fix the front door seal and many more. Thank you Bay Home Builders! I definitely recommend this team for home remodeling.

I just needed someone to install Swanstone shower walls and pan which is a much smaller job than Tom's team normally do so I appreciated his taking on my project. His team were on time, courteous, professional and fulfilled the task to my complete satisfaction.

Tom Raz and the contractors we met from Bay Home Builders are a pleasure to work with. A neighboring tree collapsed into our house and damaged the roof extensively. The damage was sizable, and the overall experience was distressing. However, working with Tom made the whole process manageable and he helped streamline the entire project. Tom was incredibly knowledgeable and quickly coordinated the repairs, eager to get things done right. The quality of work was excellent and worth far beyond what we received from our insurance company to repair the damage.We were treated very well, and are looking forward to working with Tom and the Bay Home Builders team on additional projects at our home.

I had to take a few minutes to mention, because Bay Home Builders really deserves this compliment, that they did an amazing job on my kitchen reno and I am excited for it! Their crew was very professional, always on time, they kept up with my annoying requests and made it happen. We found Bay Home Builders on Yelp with a few searches. Tom came to our house on time and gave us an honest estimate. We did flooring, painting, changing all doors and several minor projects. Tom was very understanding and helpful throughout the process. We had zero experiences with home remodeling and Tom was kind enough to accommodate our changing requests. They also did a great job of cleaning up everything. Our whole project finished within a little over one month, which was a bit longer than expected but still quick. All in all, I would recommend Bay Home Builders to anyone who wants to remodel their home. :-)

About three months ago we found our only bathroom had leaking problems. We interviewed 6 contractors and boiled down to two and asked for final bids. Tom and Bay Home Builders are not the cheapest out there, but you get what you pay for. As a first time home owner, we don't have any experience of remodeling. When small remodeling happened in a 1950's house with two little kids living inside, this project could have been a nightmare to us. Tom and his professonal team have tried their best to make everything smooth for us. They planned their daily job very well and tried not to do the noisy work when kids taking nap. They took the time to clean up thoroughly afterward. They worked on holidays to catch up the schedule. They listened and worked with us to achieve the look we wanted, actually even exceeded our expectations. If you are looking for a company for utmost professional standards, excellent quality , trustworthiness and fair price, I will definitely recommend Tom and Bay Home Builders:)

I needed to remodel a couple of things in my house (Kitchen, Bathroom, etc..) I have to give credit where credit is do. They were extremely patient in explaining the whole process and made me feel very comfortable to ask questions. Tom , the owner of the company, who wthe project manager for our remodel was with us through the whole process and always kept us informed and in the loop. Everyone was very professional and did exquisite work. I Couldn't be happier with the results! I will definitely use this company again for any work I need done on my house and I Recommend this company to anyone who wants a 10/10 result with Amazing Customer care!

We got to Bay home Builders to remodel our bathroom and it came out perfect. Our project manager Tom was extremely helpful and very patient in explaining us through the whole process. He helped us choose every detail and did not give up until we found everything we wanted. Everyone was very professional and there was never a mess! My 368 sq. ft. front deck was improperly constructed in 1981 with non-pressure-treated wood and lacking in sixteen-inch-spaced floor joists, and with inadequate concrete bases to protect the support posts. A partial reconstruction was performed on a rotting section in 2005. By 2018, the original portion was rotting, rocking, and rolling in several places. Bay Home Builders demolished the entire deck in March 2018 and completed the new deck on 10 April 2018, using red-tinted pressure-treated Douglas fir with redwood railings. The reconstruction was performed to excellent standards, with new copper water piping to replace the old PVC, and complete with protective concrete post support bases. The finished job is a fine example of exacting measurements and expert workmanship. Total demolition and reconstruction came to $22,000. The beauty of the finished work product will motivate me to waterproof it every year. The Bay Home Builders work crew were diligent and professional at all times.

We bought a house in Walnut Creek and Tom from Bay Home Builders did a complete remodel for our house and we were extremely happy with the outcome! They were very professional and very kind. The crew was very professional and everything was done as soon they said it would be. Also The price was fair, highly recommended
