One of the best experiance with BOA ever! Only wait 3 minutes for the appointment and get everything done in 30 minutes. Both manager Ana and banker Min are super nice and very professional.

I hardly EVER go inside a bank and there is a reason why! The worst customer service. Grossly Understaffed! Staff shouldn't be surprised when their position is replaced by BOtS. why automation will take over.

I went in hoping to get a temp card. I was greeted and I asked for a temporary card. I've lost my debit card at least 10 times in my life and have never had an issue asking for a temp card I normally get helped right away and I'm out the door in less than 15 minutes. Well this branch wasn't as nice. The older lady who works there asked me to go in the app and get the digital version. Mind you there was not one person inside of the bank so it blew my mind that they walked away and didn't care to even help me. Definitely never coming back here.

Bad customer service is an understatement. The ATM won't take my check. So I have to go in the branch to deposit it. Five customer in line waiting and only one cashier. The manager ? Ana was at the back "supervising" the cashier. The progress of the line is extremely slow and no extra counter was opening up. Ana then later came out to check on the customer in the line. She went for the 6th guy after me without even care to ask what I need. I waiting for over 25min to deposit a couple of stupid checks. In addition, they are using the IPAD at the counter for all transaction. It is slower than before. What a stupid management decision and stupid management at this location. What I see is AT LEAST this location will continue to go downhill unless they fire all those stupid personnel and get someone is actually smart and knows about efficiency and customer service.

Best experience ever. I didn't make an appointment today I thought I'd have to wait at least 30 minutes, but it only took me 20 minutes to walk into the bank and walk out. This bank has a high standard of service with friendly and professional staff. I never thought banking services could be so perfect. I will choose this bank again for services in the future.

Was able to get job done without much hassle. Teller and manager went extra mile to overcome some system limitations.Although the center is small and probably short staffed, so expect small delay in your turn. But once your turn comes, you have their full attention.

Scheduled an appointment at 11:30am.No agent or any representative shows up after an one hour waiting.What’s the point of schedule ahead? Also no one follows social distances inside the facility.

Staff is really helpful and professional. I found very good service. However you have to wait for your turn as branch is small.

Short staffed with Tellers. There was like 20 people ahead of me and there were only 2 Tellers. Never coming back to this mess.
