The worst experience I have ever had at this bank I asked for quarters I was giving him cash to get the quarters and they still wanted me to insert a card to get the quarters. I don’t understand why this Bank of America is asking for a card if your giving cash just ridiculous. The worst Customer Service .

I came at 3:30 and they are closed even it says 4:00 pm at Friday. These folks don’t like to work
