I was struggling with some issue but Criselle Vasquez helped me to solve my issue even it's about office close time. And then the issue was resolved. she was kind and proactively helped me.

I am giving 3 stars because all tellers are really kind and helpful. They are great! Except for Lien Nguyen. She is rude and sarcastic, she will make up a big deal out nothing. I will recommend this location just skip her if you don’t want to have a bad time.

The banking officers here are little useful
The only notary bank officer here will find every excuse to not notarize.
Clearly the branch needs a makeover. The facilities are top notch.. but it’s the banking experience is more than couches and TVs.
