worst bank of all banks when it comes to customer service. 2 tellers open but line is 20+ people deep. 3 reps holding tablet asking customers how can they help then guide them where to go. if you want to help, 2 of you open a counter and help those who are in line. minimum wait here is 20 minutes at best

Went here for assistance/help. Staff approached me and tried to help l but we're rude and impolite. They just don't know how to talk to customer or assist in better way. I don't recommend this branch.

Be careful when you go into this bank, Muglun will great you but won't help you with anything, besides take a seat. Won't allow me to cash a check that's from Bank of America written only 2 weeks ago. He will j kindly smile in your face and no disregard.

This branch is the worse. Literally a torture as the tellers are so bloody slow. Least bothered about the people standing in line. Never go here. The Vietnamese guy who seems to be in charge, is the worse. I made a deposit of half million and he was so sweet and kind and took me out of line. A few weeks after he was so cold and rude. Never go to this branch!!

This place is keeping their magic number really good. Their magic number is 2. Only 2 teller are open. No matters how many customers in line. Just 2 open, as soon as the third one open. They close one right away. This is great.

What happened to this location? Came here at 4:50 pm and the store closed already??? It clearly says closes at 5:00 pm both on yelp and store poster!

Very long lines, nobody was there to help and I just wanted to deposit 2 checks and i been waiting for more then 35 min' Very bad customer experience

Worst service ever!!! they have 4 people walking around one teller at the counter with 20 people in line every time I come here its same ,unfortunately other Bank of America are too far for me and I have to use this branch, I'm not sure who is in charge but someone needs to fix this

We used Nick 2x: for our brooklyn (new construction) condo in 2019 and our manhasset single family home in 2022. Even though he is based out of CA, he is super knowledgeable and responsive (my husband thought he was based in NYC because of how responsive he was even in the ET mornings). Nick also has the best rates. Both times (2019 and 2021), I reached out to other banks for rates and BoA has always had the best rates. He also does all these extra little things that you wouldn't expect... and it's those things that make a world of a difference. Cannot recommend Nick enough!

I had the pleasure of working with Nick as a first time home buyer. Nick is extremely efficient when it comes to staying on top of things. He makes sure you are well informed about all the possible options for your mortgage and he works with all the parties involved. He is very quick in responding to any queries. He was available to answer all the questions any time of the day! Really appreciate all the hard work that he puts into his job. We will definitely work with him again and recommend him to others.

The line has about 50 people and there are only 2 cash registers open. A trip that normally would take 5 minutes turns into an hour wait.
