One of my parol lights is not working so after a year of purchase, I went back to ask to replace the bulb and they gladly accepted because it's under warranty and I have the receipt and the lady there was really kind and told me she's gonna give me a call back When it's done.

It's sad when you see bad reviews and then experience what previous reviewers did. Staff would not let me touch the dresses I was excited to find. Staff would not even try to tell me the different options available. Language barrier didn't help. The prices quoted weren't too bad but since I wasn't allowed to even take a picture or try on I decided not to give them my money. I was ready to buy on the spot. I even saw formal ternos that were pretty and the barong that I really needed to buy for an event, but since their attitude was awful, I decided not to support. Two stars for just being there. It's hard to find a Filipino clothing store in the states.

Store name matches the attitude of the associates/owner. I was testing hair claws, one of the ladies I think didn't like it. Asking if something was wrong with the clip. I think all women like see how easy the clips opens to tear the quality. I think she just didn't want you messing it up then leaving. My mom ended up purchasing a parole since we can't get them in Alaska. So 2 stars for being express nice to my Filipina mom, but she also agrees the attitude matches the associates.

I think the owner of the store really has an emotional attachment to her barongs, because she doesn't want customers to touch them, take photos of them, or try them on. We were ready to buy one, we just needed to see if it fits. We started out with one sales lady, and she was super helpful, but then the owner's Scooby sense realized we had the audacity of trying to buy one! she asked me when I needed the barong, I said for an event in October. Then she started yelling about not coming til we needed it? I asked her why she was yelling at me but, my husband said it wasn't worth the stress and we left without a barong. I am really tempted to open up my own Barong shop where anyone who wants one can try one on in peace and quiet.

Barong was over priced. they didn't want to let customers to try it on before deciding to purchase. i also wanted to take a picture to see if my wife would like the design but they also didn't allow it. I am not paying $150 for a barong that i can't even try on first or take a picture of. and im sure if it didn't fit, i won't be able to return or exchange it as well.

Went there on June 8, 2023 and the owner was very rude. I believe her name was Lita. My husband was looking for rosaries, she only spoke and flirted with him in Tagalog. I was looking around and being followed by her in the store. She gave me the most disguised look cause I’m all tattooed up. And also cause I’m not Filipino. There were other people in the store but she only followed me like I was going to steal something. I will never step foot in that store again or give her my money. Treat your customers with respect and stop trying to flirt with their husbands especially when the wife is standing right there. And stop judging people by the way they look!! Lita , you are not all that yourself.

The woman looks like owner was very rude. It's impossible browsing the products. She's staring you and shouts "What are you doing!!!" even after the purchase. Should we have to leave right away? If you waited, it could lead to another purchase. Though the other staff was kind.

They were honest about making sure I brought the person in to try on the Barong because there is now exchanges or refunds but it was very cluttered inside and hard to get all around.

I really don't want to leave negative comment because she must be suffering on something. I just pray that she would change her attitude towards her customers so she can gain more. She lost me couple of times. But today I bought some stuff to her because i do not want to worry sbout going somewhere else. But oh boy.. I paid and run off lol.

My initial review got removed so I'm going to write it again, minus *some* words. If I can give this store ZERO stars I absolutely would. The lady who presumably owns the store is BEYOND RUDE. My dad had recently passed and me wanting to dress him in a traditional barong for his funeral services I thought to come here. Now I can speak and understand Tagalog very well, might not be an expert but my skills are definitely conversational. Anyhoo, my brother and I come here and start asking questions but as soon as the lady realized I wasn't actually going to buy it today she became super rude. As a customer I have the right to make an informed decision prior to buying. I was still grieving as he just passed the day before so I brushed it off.. Today, my mom brother and aunt came with me to try this store again to see if we can buy a camichino for dad. Said rude lady came up to and scolded us for looking through the shirts saying we don't know what it is and not to touch it. Excuse me? I'm almost positive we know what it is and if you can't handle customers touching product then please find a new business and don't sell clothes. Idk how this business is still up and running, do people really buy from here? Word of advice: look for a different Filipino business-- one that actually gives Filipino hospitality.
