On 7/12/24, I went to pump gas and this is my goto place for several years. I gave $40 to the cashier and said gas in pump 5. While pumping gas, it stopped at $31 (before my tank was full) and I went in for change. The cashier guy told me that I didn't pay and I owe him $31. He said another guy came in and said he moved from pump 5 to 3 and he switched the $40. So I need to pay since he didn't remember me giving him the money. I was furious and told him to go check the surveillance video to see who paid the $40. He made me wait for 20 minutes while his manager checked and confirmed that I'm the one who paid the $40. He just said it was a "misunderstanding on his part", but never offered any apology. He kept trying to justify his action and even his manager never bothered to apologize.
They got scammed of $40 gas by someone and didn't even apologize for their "misunderstanding" and saying that I didn't pay. I'm never going back to this place.

It's our standard place. The 3% credit card inter change fee is not charged to the customer and so the price is reduced. Arco oil quality is top tier!

It's only open for gas at 3am. Had to wait until 3:30 to actually get into the store before heading back to Portland, but the gas was drastically cheaper than across the street.

If you don't actually serve customers at night then don't lie on your business hours. This franchise has gone to the trash.

I don't know why, but every time I put gas right here. Gone fast. I don't understand why. Or it's the quality of the gas, or it's just air ? . Somebody can tell me why?
