Yesterday morning someone broke my back window and stole some things out of my car. I can't driver around with a broken window, so my mom referred me to Alexis discount glass since she has used them before and loved their work! I gave them a call this morning, we set up a time and place, and now (same day) my window is as good as new! They worked fast and were very friendly.

I was not happy with the level of service provided by Alexis. Mr Eric and another man came over to my residence to have the driver side glass fixed. While they did fix the glass, they were not thorough in removing the "visible" broken pieces of glass. They consistently kept telling me that "detailing" would help remove the glass. While detailing does help remove glass, the visible pieces of glass can easily be removed by the vacuum cleaner. The whole clean up was done very reluctantly. They were loud and impolite. After multiple requests, when they were very hesitant, I used the vacuum cleaner myself to perform the final clean up. I would "NEVER" utilize this service nor would I recommend it to my enemy !

Amazing service! My car was broken into overnight and through my insurance was recommended to Alexis Discount Glass. They offered me a great deal to get my rear door window replaced and were able to squeeze me in on the same day so I never had to be without my car. They met me at my apartment and got the job done super quickly and efficiently (less than 30 min). They made sure to have me test out the window before they left and answered all the questions I had. I will definitely recommend to friends and family! The one thing that I didn't notice before they left was that there was still some glass leftover in my car in the door's pocket but I'm sure it was hard to see or notice it. I just wish I had seen it before they left because I'm sure they would've removed it super easily.

My car had gotten broken into and called Alexis Discount Glass to see if they could repair my window. Unfortunately because my car is older they had to use used glass but I was ok with that. The job was quick and efficient. Costumer service was excellent! Will definitely use them again if I need to fix a window and will be recommending them to family and friends. Thank you so much!!

Great service! They were recommended by AAA after placing a claim, scheduled an appointment the same day and they arrived to my work a little bit early which was so appreciated. Eric the technician was very professional, fast and very kind. Did a fantastic job, vacuumed all the glass and my car looks good as new. If this happens to me again, I will be giving them a call , I highly recommend!!!
