I chose 3 blouses, buy 1 and 2 for free, after looking for the size and they are the same price, they told me that one of the blouses is not in the promotion, so why do they put them mixed up if they are not going to respect what the promotion says?

the manager john is always getting on his employees and doesn't fairly treat the customers right. he constantly confuses customers and talks poorly about previous employees that worked there, including other managers.

I've been here a couple of times during sale season. The clothes are good quality, and are great IF and WHEN they're on sale. Otherwise, the products here are quite overpriced. The staff aren't terrible, but they're not the best. You need to ask a staff member if you want to use the fitting room, and half the time the staff members are unavailable. Overall, 2 stars for the quality of clothes.

The truth is this old teenager clothing brand still exist, I am happy purchase some clothes for the youngster, they are friendly designs and peaceful brand.

I've never shopped at Aeropostale until recently when I was looking for vacation clothes for my daughter and nephew. I placed a store pick up order, and was told it would 1-2 business days to process after chatting to see why I never even received a confirmation email (I placed it on a Friday so that's fun). I get an email Sunday saying it's available so my daughter goes to pick it up on Monday, only to be told "there was an error and that our bag got swapped with someone elses bag and to call customer service for a refund." I got the notice that our order was ready around 6PM on Sunday, and she was at the store at 11AM on Monday when it opened. Not sure what was swapped but it sounds like workers could be shoplifting given our items weren't in the store any longer in such a short window of opportunity.I chat with customer service and am told I have to wait 1-2 business days for Aeropostale to figure out if they can replace or refund the order. Why do I have to wait for a refund I just asked for, so I can buy the items sooner than later with our trip being next week? So now I dont have clothes nor a refund to repurchase clothes prior to our trip.I can't believe this is how this company does business. I will never shop with them again due to the inconvenience as well as the mishap in store. The person that helped my daughter was absolutely useless. And the website is trash and not user friendly. Why on Earth can I not place a single order and have both items for pick up and items to ship? Due to this I was only able to use my 20% intro coupon on ONE order because I had to place them separately. Would've been nice if I could have just shipped everything altogether!

I would give Zero stars if I could.The most arrogant store I have been to in the 22 years I have lived here. My daughter and I entered the store at 7:25pm today (Wednesday). We spent 20 minutes to select two pieces of clothing. When we wanted to try it out, they said the fitting room was closed.They did not announce that fittings rooms will be closed. They did not come and let us know either.There was only one other family at the checkout. No one else in the store.I said we wouldn't have spent time if we had known and even offered to put the clothes back in the same place we took it from.The store manager (Lily) and the cashier were both arrogant.They said they do not have to announce or let the customers know that fitting rooms are closed.In fact, according to them, the customer should ask every store they enter if the fitting room is open.

I always go to shop at this store and always had good service with the old employee’s but the new ones are very rude and disrespectful if I could I would put zero starts I don’t recommend coming to this store hopefully they change employees.
