Got an appointment a week back for switching my out of state registration. Before the appointment got a reminder SMS as well. Took half a day off work for this
On reaching there, was told that they can't do it because it's too hot outside. Well if 95⁰ is too hot, when would it be cold enough for you folks. And I came there in that same temperature because you gave me an appointment. If you couldn't make it, you could've atleast let me know in advance. Why put your customers thru this? Now I have to do this all over again, take time off work.. and I don't know if you would honor the appointment the next time either. All the lady said was we will call you, if it is not possible on that day. Well, what stopped you from letting me know today.
Not good customer service. Try putting yourselves in your customers' shoes.

My partner & I just moved to San Jose and this is the first AAA branch we visited. We can't recommend the staff enough who are efficient and super friendly.
Jimmy Quach, our insurance agent, actually responded to my partner's call ON HIS DAY OFF (we didn't know! Sorry, Jimmy!) to do a breakdown on some questions we had.
We appreciate you, Jimmy!
And thank you to everyone at AAA!

Checked in at 5:15 and was told that they were closed. Closing time was at 6 and manager told us they are closing at 5:30. Again, I checked in at 5:15. Jessica, the manager, had poor word choices and was unprofessional at her job. She can't tell her customer to go to dmv and wait 8 hrs instead. Awful. She had 3 employees getting ready to get home. Again, poor management on both ends.
I have been to San Jose, San Ramon, Mountain View, and Dublin branches and they were friendly and easygoing. This is not fair to other branches who are working very hard.

the woman who runs the reception has xenophobic behavior; She was kind and cordial with all the people who visited the place, in fact she offered coffee and water to the people who were waiting; But with me it was different because I didn't speak English perfectly. She said that she couldn't help me because I didn't speak English; I called my husband and waited for an hour so she could attend to us. When it was my turn to talk to her again, I showed my passport and she, angrily, in a rude tone, said “why are you showing me that document, don't you know that to drive in the United States you need a valid license here?” She is right in her argument, but what is not tolerable is the way in which she approaches us to explain this, because she must always have rigorous respect and try to find the right position and words to explain the idea. her. I believe that sites that provide service to the public must always guarantee the quality of service regardless of the distinction of gender, race, religion, country of origin, etc.

The lady who helped me (I think she is Chinese, and I think her name was Nyua) was very rude, I felt discriminated against by her. Starting with the fact that she did not have someone to speak Spanish and did not accept a translator. I told her that my brother-in-law who speaks English would come help me, she tells me to come sit and wait. But everyone who came (Americans, Hindus, Chinese, etc.) offered them water, coffee, etc. and it just made me feel invisible. When my brother-in-law arrived she asked for an identification document and when she saw my passport (without even getting my documentation from California) she told me that she did not accept it and that she was not going to sell me anything. From the beginning it was obvious that he doesn't like her, she is rude and should not be suitable to serve future clients.

Visited this location to get receipt of vehicle registration payment receipt that I paid in Mountain View as I was told to get any location of AAA over the phone by AAA customer service . But this location front desk guy has very confident in his lack of knowledge. He told me to back to Mountain View to get receipt . When I talked to counter lady she just gave me in a minutes .
Because of lack of knowledge of employees , AAA might loose business and customer get bad impression!!!

About my visit to the AAA Milpitas branch: it was exactly how I dream a customer service representative should behave—a win for capitalism. It's rare to find such commendable attributes when I visit my internet company or other stores. The proximity to my home and the cleanliness stood out, embodying the good values that are becoming scarce. This is how a good corporate American office should look. These days, such excellence is a rarity.

Needed Home Insurance for my new house. Ravi in the front was nice and courteous in the front area during check in. DAMIEN CARTER was the insurance agent. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. Got me in and out of the office pretty quickly. Was super helpful and even helped with follow up email questions. Highly recommend.

stupid place, make a appointment ahead, and told me they cannot do the service when I arrived, how hard could it be to make a call ahead
