Worst customer services. The female banker with black hair checks her cell phone with attitude like sitting at the park, not caring about busy customers or her teller coworkers work hard. Is manager on vacation?

Made an appointment at the Broadway Burlingame branch for some notarized documents, after waiting for 45 plus minutes they were too busy to do this. They rebooked us same day to the Milbrae location and Jane took us earlier and provided excellent service with the utmost respect and professionalism.

No help. Just waste your time. I just walk in try to get help to I lost my credit card. They said you have to call by yourself. And then I try to open another joining account and they will tell you. You have to make an appointment. But there 3 bankers just playing the phone at that time and nobody in line.

i was there to apply credit card in person because online application was declined due to id information unable to verify. there were 5 employees and only one employee has customer, i waited 25 minutes at the lobby and finally one employee came over and told me to come back 4 hours later. incredible.

Amazing customer service! I walked in not quite knowing what to ask and how to receive the help I needed. The lady who tended to me was patient and kind, throughout the entire transaction. She was able to tend to my needs in a way that was efficient and communicated very effectively.

Always a long long long line. So slow. Took me over 15 minutes to simply get a roll of quarters. Everytime I come here I have the same experience and leave highly annoyed. Do not go here if you're ever in a rush.

This the slowest bank EVER ! 2 new tellers with girls training them .. 10 people in line , no other help ! I had to walk out as I was in line 30mins and they were not ever close to to helping me ... who has 30 mins to waste ... no lunch for me today ... one girl said sorry are tellers are at lunch !! Who in there right mind let's everyone go to lunch at the same time ... Make me want to change banks !!!

I worked with Matthew Solis twice and he is very helpful! First, I was impressed that he remembered my face, because I had totally forgotten his. I couldn't have interacted him more than 30 minutes the first time, and he must see a lot of people. He takes time, is completely not rushed, even though it was probably his lunch time. He also gave me a lot of information that he thought would be helpful to me, even though it wasn't what I had originally came in for. Sometimes banking options can be confusing and you don't know what is right for you but he was able to walk me through everything. He explains very well such that I was able to understand. I also heard him talking to someone who sounded like they had a negative experience about something, and he was very calm and listened to everything that they said. That is important in customer service. Then after he was finished with that person, that's when he approached me, as if nothing had happened. As I also work with customers, I know how difficult it can be - that hearing someone complain can bring you down and that you may bring that negative energy to the next customer. He was able to not do this, so that is great! an acquired skill

The website yesterday read it was open until 6:00 PM, but when I got there, there was a sign that read closing at 4 o'clock... Very disappointing
