Worst customer services. The female banker with black hair checks her cell phone with attitude like sitting at the park, not caring about busy customers or her teller coworkers work hard. Is manager on vacation?

Made an appointment at the Broadway Burlingame branch for some notarized documents, after waiting for 45 plus minutes they were too busy to do this. They rebooked us same day to the Milbrae location and Jane took us earlier and provided excellent service with the utmost respect and professionalism.

No help. Just waste your time. I just walk in try to get help to I lost my credit card. They said you have to call by yourself. And then I try to open another joining account and they will tell you. You have to make an appointment. But there 3 bankers just playing the phone at that time and nobody in line.
