Walgreens is a helpful store for health and care needs, especially for those taking care of homebound persons. The clerks and managers understand these needs. For dementia, they offer products like Brightstrong and their own brand with Ginko Biloba and Choline. They also have helpful items like canes, walkers, wheelchairs, and commodes. For skin care, they have Skin Tag Oil and wound care supplies like saline solution, hydrogen peroxide, iodine solution, rolled gauze, gauze pads, and adhesive bandages, including a gentle Walgreens brand. For incontinence, they offer washable pads and adult undergarments. For bed sores, they have Caladryl, Caloseptine, and adhesive gauze bandages. The pharmacists are informative and helpful, assisting with questions and prescriptions. The store is often busy, but customer service is good and wait times are not too long. The store is very nice and kept in tip top shape. Some customers note that prices can be surprising, but the clerks are gracious and employees are very nice. For pharmacy services like COVID booster shots, the staff is courteous and organized, efficiently handling appointments and availability. While not perfect, Walgreens provides reliable service and essential products for a wide range of health problems.
The medication refill have been approved 5 days ago, but still could not get my order done until today. I have been waiting for phone call response more than 15 minutes. Looks like somebody is interested just in collecting money from patients but not of care about their health.
