Went in to grab some ibuprofen and ask the pharmacist some questions. The pharmacist was informative and helpful. She told us exactly what we needed and assisted us with how to go about filling out a prescription. The store was full of people and as we were leaving the line seem to be growing. However, we didn't wait too long and the customer service definitely made up for it.

I did an online order and I got a text that Pick up confirmed . Then I received a text letting me know my order is ready for pick up. Then I got another text let us know you're on your way and when you're here. So my husband went in showed him the confirmation and they said their computer is down. So he showed them the order on the phone and that it was paid. They didn't have it ready so he had to find the stuff and bring it up to them, then they said it was not paid for and made him pay for it. So we had to call customer service and he called them but they hung up on him. So he refunded my on line order This store has the worst service ever

The shift manager who works at 8:45 on Saturday the July 9th , with long white hair, she wasn't helpful or friendly and she look like she doesn't want to help or support customers, I watched refused to the customer ahead of me and did the same to me , if you don't like your job you can stay home.

Very nice store...everything in tip top shape.It has been awhile since I have shopped at Walgreens - has been a favorite for years - and, there are none in our neighborhood.I was taken aback by the prices.I made a purchase - mis-read the "sale" promo/ price and was taken aback.The clerk was very gracious. As was the other employee... very nice lady, I spoke to 5/28/2023 2 pm

If I could give less than 1 *, I would. Refusing to supply mifepristone to patients who need it to treat endometriosis or uterine fibroids -- not to mention Cushing's syndrome -- is unconscionable! If Walgreens wants to run its pharmacies as though they're in a Fascist state, let them move to a Fascist state. Absolutely disgusting behavior for a company making money off of sick people!

Slowest service you'll receive. On par with service at USPS next door. You could be in line for half hr.

Not a sharps/medicine recycle location. After waiting in line for 10 min here, 15 min at another location down the street before being told to come here, I found this out. That’s fine, but then I was given bad advice about buying the medication again to get a shipping label, but the medication I had did not come with a shipping label. What!? And this was also after being called up to the counter and then told to go back in line to wait to be called like I walked up to the counter without being signaled. The condescension was uncalled for. The stores also need to communicate.

Give yourself an hour to get your prescription. Most of the time they have a long line and only one customer service agent to help you. I'm moving my prescription to CVS instead or another Walgreens down the street if that is even better. But yes, horrible lines, not too knowledgeable pharmacists. Everything is just slow here.

This has never been a great store -- they are always short-staffed, they are often out of advertised items, and the pharmacy always has very long wait periods, even if one has an appointment. The latest issue is that I placed an order for some photo tiles and was notified that they were ready for pick up. My husband was then told that they couldn't find them and that I should call a main number. That person then told me that they would place a new order. The following day I received a notice saying the order had been cancelled. Right now on hold with the store, being transferred from one department to another because no one knows what the hell they're doing, nor do they care. Awful customer service.

This Walgreens has wonderful customer service 99% of the time and the 1% that it doesn't the 99% definitely makes it!!! And the good thing about this location is it's 24 hours and being a driver I have had to come here around the clock and the service is still the same... amazing... and they don't profile you anything that you use the restroom!!

This is my closest Walgreens and it's kinda terrible. It's a Walgreens so it has that going for it. The employees aren't overly friendly or helpful. Did an online order and they cancelled it. Responded they didn't have any of the items. I went in and go them all there. The same day.
