Our family of 4 bought 4 16 pro iPhone’s from Verizon two weeks ago and today I went to return my old phones for a trade in. Both times. Michael Chiang helped us! A huge shout out to Michael for being patient, knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He’s very thorough. If you need new phones or any assistance, pls seek him out. 👍

If there less than one star i will give them
…Don’t go to this store. I got charged month in advanced i started the service in November 23rd and somehow the bill says October 23rd so i decided to give them back every thing and still getting bills. I back twice already and they don’t do anything oh glitch in the system!!! How many customers got screwed!!??, And guess what the customer service over the phone worse than the store. I recommend to check out starting service date and everything on contract before you deal with them.

I typically avoid going to Verizon stores because in the past, I feel like I'm going to get overwhelmed with a sales pitch or I'm going to be completely ignored. Thankfully, this is not the case here. As soon as I walked in, I was acknowledged and very quickly had someone help me. (I was looking to update my phone plan, consolidate my wife's plan, and potentially upgrade my phone.) Michael, the associate who helped us, answered all of my questions patiently, never pushed us to do anything, and was very professional. I had to come back on a subsequent day to follow up and again, they did a great job acknowledging me as soon as I came in and helping me out. Even though Michael was working with a customer, the other associates did a great job of letting me know what was going on and checking on my status. These guys do a very good job.

Horrible servicie, we set up auto pay, and they didn’t do it so at the end of the month we got a late fee a reinstatement fee, and a bad credit report. They would not help us pay. They wanted the fees! This company is a scam

I should note that I went to almost every Verizon store on the Peninsula and had horrible experiences with each of them. There were and mundane, misleading sales pitches, waste of time, unknowledgeable employees trying to sell me phones and plans that I had no use for; and did not apply to me even though I told them numerous times I wasn't interested.
I had given up on Verizon, but decided to give the Millbrae store one last chance to keep Verizon as my carrier.
Had an amazing experience with Michael Chiang who was so patient, professional, and knowledgeable about a phone I purchased. I kept changing the date due to travel, scheduling commitments and he was very understanding. He even told me to wait another day because a new promo was coming out and it would be a better fit for me. He answered all my repetitive questions that I asked several different ways and could not have been more professional. I asked him to call the main Verizon number for a couple other questions, and even though he knew the response would be not in my favor, he called anyway at my insistence and he was right. But never gave me the, "I told you response". He was extremely gracious. I was fortunate to have him as my sales rep and Verizon is very lucky to have him. He is a great rep for the Verizon stores. I will definitely to back for additional purchases in the future if Michael is still there. Also, Julian was awesome, patient and professional as well. I went back to the store a few times with questions, and they never made me feel rushed. Thanks to the Millbrae store!!

Today, we attempted to trade in our phones, but unfortunately, the staff seemed unsure of the process, and we were unable to complete the trade. I was disappointed to learn that Marlena is no longer with the team. She was always professional and had a knack for finding solutions to any problem. I truly hope she returns soon.

I needed to go back to Verizon Store in Millbrae to replace my cracked screen protector on my iPhone 15 Pro. Excellent, informative & service from Adrianna. She even replace the screen protector for me. Quick and easy process. Definitely 5 stars for Adrianna!

I recently visited the Verizon store and had a complex issue with my service. *Anson* was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He tooks the time to thoroughly understand my problem and went above and beyond to resolve it. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and dedication. Thank you, Anson , for making a challenging situation much easier! Highly recommend asking for him if you need assistance.

Came in this evening with my fiancee to get her phone replaced after it got run over. The dude who attempted to handle the claim could not read the situation and was clearly ready to be done with his shift, because he spoke with us with one earbud in. He asked for PII and when probed why he’d need it, he couldn’t articulate an answer. When my fiancee became visibly unsettled at his answers, he had the audacity to question her energy, saying “I’m just trying to help.” This is when I knew we needed to leave and find a Verizon corporate store. My fiancee grabbed a post it with her account info off of the desk and we stood up for the door. As we left, the employee shouted to have a great day, thanks for coming in, etc. in a very condescending and unhinged fashion. Not only will I never return to this location, I will never go to an “authorized” Verizon retailer again. Beware!

Waited over an hour till be to told I need to go to a corporate store, which they are not. They waited an hour to even acknowledge me and were rude when they did.
