Caught their meter continuing to tick even after I finished pumping. I started filming way after I finished pumping as soon as I noticed what was happening. Proceeded to inform the attendant what happened, the lady was rude and dismissive. I'm trying to figure out how much time may have persisted and she just dismisses it. I bring up to her that the pump may be charging while pumping as well, she says none of us are technical so don't worry about it. I tell her this is not fair to your customers, that you should spend a little more time helping them figure out how much was overcharged. She responds with a dismissive additude again saying that it's not your problem and don't tell me what to do. She gives me a ballpark number and refunds me 1.50. I'm okay with that but if this happens to someone else who's been pumping for a while, good luck trying to get this lady to cooperate or hear you out. Who knows how often this happens, this is definitely not a good look on this establishment. This lady of course is of no help, nor does she care. Beware when pumping here. Side note the younger male attendant working in there is much more helpful and patient. Video evidence is posted on yelp, their yelp reviews are more transparent rather than googles.

Saved me when I arrived right after they had closed. Staff was cleaning and no doubt ready to go home, but they turned in the air pump, making it possible for me to get home after a difficult two- day trip. Godspeed!

I always look forward to going to Millbrae Valero. It is one of the cleanest service stations I have ever been to. The employees are friendly to the customers. The store Carrie’s a huge variety of items and the shelves are always well stocked. This station should be used as an example of how all stations should be kept. It also has the cleanest restroom I have ever experienced.

The useless lady that works in the morning ... tried to get some air after gas and she said the button is broken need to put in money... well let's get it fixed then.. sounds pretty illegal to me. The bald old guy is useless too. What a horrible shop. Don't come here for anything !!! Wouldn't touch this place if gas' was free.
