Since I bought my brand-new Yamaha, I’ve always taken my scooter to them for maintenance. However, when they recently quoted me $1,926 for the 12k-mile maintenance excluding the front tire and front brake pad replacement I was shocked. I told the representative that the manufacturer sells the scooter brand new for $6,100, so I wasn’t willing to pay nearly a quarter of the scooter’s price just for maintenance.
I started to shop around and found an authorized Yamaha dealer 45 miles away. It was worth the trip I got everything done for half the price. Before going to this place, I recommend shopping around; I guarantee you’ll find a better price. I can’t stop thinking about how much money I’ve lost over the past two years due to their insane maintenance costs.

Freddie is the best. He worked with me over Facebook and was very quick to respond to my questions. Once I drove to the shop he had me out of there on my new motorcycle in a matter of minutes! Nice shop… one of the best I have seen. Everyone seemed very in tune to the job at hand and communicated well!

World class service from start to finish! Freddie and his team were professional and knowledgeable, straightforward and understanding, and helped to make my experience as easy and stress-free as he possibly could. I really appreciate their flexibility (due to the long distance and scheduling conflicts), as well as their willingness to work with me and my unique situation. I had a great experience selling my bike on consignment with Freddie. I was about to move to the UK, so my time was quite limited—I literally had a flight the next day. I'm glad I didn't have to worry about handling the motorcycle paperwork. They managed to place it in the showroom and find a buyer within the set timeframe.
One thing I didn’t know is that consignment is done in increments of a few months, so I recommend calling ahead to learn about the details. The way they performed all the necessary checks and services before handing the bike to someone else gave me confidence that the new owner would have a good experience too. Overall, Freddie and the team communicated very well and created a smooth, positive experience.

He went above and beyond the call of service. I left a voice mailed inquiry on a bike on Monday (the shop is closed on Monday) and he responded within an hour (on his day off).

Nini and her colleagues at Nor-Cal Cycles have all been genuine, accommodating, and attentive. They run a professional service and are knowledgeable with a wide choice of bikes. Their Triumph Bonneville I rode was in excellent condition and presented no issues, a real delight to ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles via Pacific Coast Highway 1. An experience of a lifetime, I flew from England, and Nini provided useful information on riding in California. I will be renting the bike from Nini in the future when I visit again. Thanks.

An exceptional team assisted me in mounting my new tires. They promptly addressed all of my numerous inquiries with professionalism, regardless of their trivial nature. Renting through Nor-Cal is quick and easy. Nini and Henry are great to deal with. I got a Versys 1000 and did 3000 miles in 8 days. A wonderful experience all the way around!
