This is a review of a visit from a few years ago.
I was shopping around for Wireless Internet (WISP) and stopped by the store to ask some questions about Verizon's Wireless Home Internet Service.
Jason Gobbell was the person I interacted with.
Despite the Home Internet service was not something I could just purchase from the store (has to be online ordered), Jason was still incredibly helpful in answering all my questions regarding the service.
Jason was incredibly knowledgeable in both the technical aspects of the service and the billing/account side of the service.
Even though I wasn't able to purchase anything, my interaction with Jason was impressive enough that I took his card and wrote a quick note on my phone, which I happened to stumble across again today and reminded me to leave this review.”

“I only come to this store because of Rafael. He has always been so helpful and patient with answering my questions. He's also honest with his opinions. I came here with a broken phone and he helped set me up with a new phone and transferred my data to the new one. Subsequently, I came in with wanting a watch and he was patient with all my questions and called the Verizon line for me so we can clarify some concerns I had. If you ever need a phone or any help with Verizon, you need to go to this store and ask for Rafael.”

Made an appointment for 1pm and got there early. 3 employees were chatting outside, so I went inside and only 1 employee greeted me, and that Employee was ADAM. He was Super NICE and asked me straight away if I needed any help. So I explained to him what my probleGF⁶ talking. “I'm giving this store a 5-star because of one of their staff, Jaime. I had an issue with my iPhone not knowing if it can be fixed without going to an Apple Store. I got inside and Jaime immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him what's going on and he patiently tinkered with the device. He explained to me what might be the problem. I was getting worried because we were getting nowhere. Then he told me to go to an Apple Store instead. Nevertheless, he tried another "trick" and lo and behold! My phone was unlocked with my passcode. I really appreciated Jaime's patience & knowledge. But most of all, his tenacity in helping a distraught person...me. This T-Mobile store has an asset in Jaime. I went to the same store 2 years ago and the staff were on their phones and didn't even lift their heads until I greeted them.
