Laundry in Millbrae, CA

“Super Wash Millbrae was a delightful surprise. I had dreaded washing all my blankets and comforters, which didn't fit in my home washing machine. I thought I would need a million quarters, but found out that at Super Wash, I could just use my credit card on many of their machines. While using quarters on one of the dryers, however, John, the attendant (owner?) kindly came over to explain to me that I could just add quarters if more time needed as long as I did so before the initial 20 minutes expired. This man was trying to save me money in his laundromat!!! The one dollar bill changer dispensed however many quarters I needed. I easily purchased four Downey sheets. All the washers and dryers worked great and the place was clean as a whistle. I enjoyed chatting with a few of the other patrons, and John came over and offered to help when it was time to fold my clean, dry, fluffy comforters! A chore I had dreaded took a very short time to accomplish and turned into a lovely adventure. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!”

“Every washer and dryer is outfitted with a credit card reader, so you can tap/swipe to pay or use Apple/Google Pay. Each machine also takes quarters, and the facility has a change machine. Good stuff.”

We have been coming here for 7-8 years + and (I forget her name) she is so kind and polite and provides explanations or suggestions on stains and I swear she has photographic memory. My wife and I just show up and she knows us both by name and gets our stuff ! Great customer service!”
