“I had an old Bose system and wanted to hook it up again to my tv and dvd player. I also wanted to add a turntable, Bluetooth for playing music from my iPhone, and headphones. I know zero about electronics, but Travis patiently and expertly guided me through purchasing the right components and connecting them all up. It was much less expensive and more sustainable than buying a whole new system. I learned a lot, and now we have a terrific entertainment center. I highly recommend Travis!”

“I would like to recognize Thomas as an exceptional customer service representative. I went to Xfinity with my mom yesterday because she needs to transfer her mobile service from Lyca Mobile to Xfinity because Lyca does not have esim for my mom’s new iPhone. Xfinity representative Thomas explained everything clearly, assisted us to choose a plan benefits us the most, helped us to get in touch with Lyca Mobile customer service (it struggles us to contact with Lyca by ourselves but he nailed it) to get the account info we need, and got my mom’s Xfinity account set up. Excellent Xfinity representative and great experience with Xfinity!”

“Before discovering Etheric Networks, we struggled to find an internet service provider who could install reliable, fast internet at our shop location. We tried several other ISPs and almost all of them said they couldn't install internet here at all, and the ones who were able to were still unable to provide the kind of consistent service and speeds we needed, which resulted in headaches for my workers and customers both. We are just a small shop but we are on a busy shopping thoroughfare so it seemed wild that we couldn't establish the internet service we needed, which is such a big part of doing business these days. Finally, we discovered Etheric, and not only is our internet working beautifully and consistently, but they have also been a pleasure every step of the way in getting it installed. Everyone I have interacted with at their company is very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to any needs we have. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service!”

“Transferred to T-Mobile from another carrier because they have great rates and like their $40 plan. It's been a few months now and everything is good with my new T-mobile plan and phone ( did I mention I got their special Free iPhone giveaway ) - awesome. Definitely would come back and will like to do their home internet next. Special mention to Jaime, great help and customer service.”

“Well, I'd trusted more this T-Mobile, than the one over here on Mission St. and the end of Ocean Avenue.I went here first, but this employee's are not attending pretty good if we ask for help. See, I has a problem with my Android phone, when I called someone I didn't ring the other phone, so, did shot off if wasn't connected.So, I had to go to the one from Daly City, they activated my phone two times. But the third time I had to do it myself, it takes time, but I am getting more practice. Maybe, I don't go there for help anymore. My phone is working pretty good now. Can you see some of my photos? If you want some, copy some, free.”

He first helped out my parents and they really liked him and he helped them get their new phones. They liked him so much they sent my uncle to see him to get my grandfather a new phone. Then my boyfriend and I went to see him and he's so nice and helpful and makes the experience easy. 5 stars for Cameron!”

“ATTENTION ALL AT&T CUSTOMERS BEST LOCATION FOR ALL YOUR AT&T NEEDS!!! I was initially a T-Mobile & Xfinity customer for about 7 years... We came pretty late on Black Friday 11/24 Sean warmly welcomed us, we rescheduled with Anthony A. For Tuesday 11/29 to help us get set up with the switch and all the amazing deals! ETA for our phone was initially Jan 2023. We received our phones on Thursday 12/1 Returned Friday 12/2 worked with Ho Pan aka Jackie Chan to set up our phones, get some internet set up questions answered & ask more about phone replacement credit. Sat 12/3 returned old phones with Filipino Glenn to help set up our trade in value. I can say everyone had exceptional customer service! So to all we've come in contact with THANK YOU! Although our relationship is short for now, I'll update if a star needs removal lol jk..”

“I think the high speed internet is excellent, and the folks who work there have always been polite and kind to me.As we know in my part of San Bruno, when a storm hits the power fails. San Bruno Cable always stays up. I can run 2 days on backup. The ISP never fails.”

“Switching to AT&T has been such a seamless process. I pre-ordered the new Galaxy S23 Ultra. It was delivered by FedEx before the release date. Went into this location and was helped by Justin, who was amazing! He helped me with account setup, transferred all my phone data to the new one, and picked out accessories. Very professional and customer service friendly. He answered any questions, didn't rush, and even opened the door for me when I was done! Who does that anymore? I'm pleased with the service I received; and so far, I'm convinced I made the right switch. Recommend? Absolutely Advice: Go early to beat the crowd. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center. Ask about any special discounts to save with your employer.”
