“Mike and his office were very helpful as my wife and I transitioned to a new home and were not allowed to continue our property insurance with State Farm. They were very knowledgeable in answering all my questions and providing alternatives plus processing our property insurance refund. Although they were losing part of our business, that did not make a difference in their service. “I have known Jim Dwyer for decades, and he has been my insurance agent for a few of them. My car was recently totaled by a stolen box truck in a felony hit and run during a police pursuit. Being without wheels as a realtor is not acceptable. Going through this traumatic process was made so much easier, as Jim's team, from in-house support to the body shop, to claims, and the ensuing follow up got me my claim money in less than 72 hours, wired directly to my account!! I had my new car within 48 hours after that. They made the process seamless and pain-free. The communication between folks within the State Farm chain was solid, and all friendships aside, this is an amazing way to be treated. I am very appreciative.”
