“It's close to the airport and the rooms are clean.It feels somewhere between a hotel and an inn.The bed is just queen size, so it's perfect for two people to sleep on.Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash are well-stocked.”

“Had an excellent 2 night stay at this hotel on a recent trip to San Francisco, staying after arriving & before flying out of SFO.

The immediate location around the hotel is nothing special, but you have a decent amount of options for food and amenities.
The hotel itself is very clean and up-to-date. Decent looking gym on the property, as well as a pool - didn't use either of them, but they looked well maintained.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable - pretty standard hotel fare, nothing out of the ordinary, but they served their purpose great. It's not a 5-star property by any means, but if you're looking for a comfy place to stay, this fits the bill. Want to throw out there, too, that this place has the best showers I've ever used in my life - the hot water & water pressure were amazing.

Outside of the immediate surroundings of the hotel, you cannot beat this location for the price of the staying here. You're about 10 minutes from SFO, and about 30 from downtown San Francisco. Extremely convenient.

You get a complimentary breakfast in the morning: usual spread of coffee, juice, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and various bagels, toasts, fruits, waffle maker and so on. Nothing special there, but the food was actually pretty tasty compared to some other places I've stayed.”

“Reaching Westin was not the most intuitive to a foreigner. Even the Westin website does not give clear instructions of what bus to look out for. There is another shuttle bus that loops to and from the airport that’s labelled Marriot, and we thought Westin is part of marriot ?‍♀️ luckily the right bus came at the right time and we hopped on. I took a photo so it’s clear what bus to look out for, for future reference. Overall, the room’s very clean, well kept and maintained. The rooms are well insulated from corridor noise. The a/c’s great, shower’s strong. There’s also a microwave at the lobby so that’s great for heating up food (I used it a lot!). The only thing I did not like was how miserable they were with providing water. We just asked for a kettle and boiled water throughout our stay as it was just cumbersome to ask for more bottled water. Breakfast was simple but adequate and delicious. I will definitely return should the need arise.”

“The location is quite good. There are many restaurants across the street, including salted crispy chicken and roast duck?. The hotel comes with breakfast, which is not much but of good quality. No toothbrush. Basically it's neat and clean, but it's close to the airport and you can always hear the sound of taking off engines.”

“Was okay price on rooms wasn't bad but my friends room she said had a bunch of ants in the tub & morning of check out said that within 10 min of putting food down it was crawling with ants”
