Best dry cleaners around. We have been coming here for 7-8 years + and (I forget her name) she is so kind and polite and provides explanations or suggestions on stains and I swear she has photographic memory. My wife and I just show up and she knows us both by name and gets our stuff ! Great customer service!

I had to shop around for a new cleaner after San Bruno Cleaners closed. The places that were not super expensive did not do a great job - the place near my work did a great job, but was very high. I've been pleased with Holiday Cleaners. Their hours are great and their prices are fine.

This place is fantastic. Not only are they prompt and super polite, but they also alter clothes and provide advice on how to take better care of them for longevity. I also got some kimchi suggestions from the owner.

I have going to this "Holiday Cleaners" for quite sometime and appreciate the always good service that I receive. I had some shirts that were long sleeve and the kind lady was able to fix them into short sleeve shirts for me and know I am receiving compliments about them. This review is long over due! I have been going back to this place for a few years now! The owner is always so nice and friendly. It's always delivered on time. Sometimes when I need my stuff to be done sooner, she's very flexible and was able to accommodate without extra charge! They not only dry clean shirts, dresses and sweaters, but also dry clean curtains! With COVID, they provide hand sanitizers. She always sanitize the pen before hand it to me to sign on the credit card processor. Very thorough. They wear masks too! I highly recommend this place for your dry clean needs!

I dropped off my wool sweater for dry cleaning at this place about two weeks ago after the holidays were over. This was a brand new sweater I bought from Ralph Lauren in Livermore premium outlet, original price $245 in December 2019. I picked it up last week and hang it on my closet with other cloths I picked up at the same time. The next day when I was about to put the sweater aside so I can wear for the holidays next year, I found my sweater was washed by this place. The sleeves were still wet and the sweater was all shrunk because the yard became all dense. I returned it to the place and told the owner lady that they washed my sweater and some part were still wet. She said would try to fix it. This morning I went to the place to check out my sweater. It was about the same condition, not my sweater no more, the look and feel, the smaller size. I am very upset. This time the owner lady said the sweater was washed before I brought it to her place. I replied to her that the sweater was never washed before and that that was my first time wearing it before sending it to her place for dry cleaning; and that I would never wash a wool sweater. She insisted that I washed the sweater before brought it to her place and would not apologize nor offer store credit to me. No good, can not trust this place no more!

Dishonest, I took several items in two were two women jackets I was charged 8.95 for one and the other 10.95. I asked why the difference Cecilia said one had lining and the other didn't. When I checked, neither one had lining I brought this to Cecilias attention she changed her tune by saying it was more because it was white. I have never gone to a cleaners and been charged a different price for color. They do this with pants too charging more if they're lined. Again, she tried to charge me more for lined pants that had no lining brought it to her attention and she made the adjustment. Also, I brought in two pants each one had a spot and both spots were still there when I got them home. Took them back and she said spots couldn't be removed she should of told me this when I picked them up. She said one of the spots the material was wearing out not true this was a spot. One of the pants they even shrunk and of course she denied that this didn't happen. I understand things happen but she didn't even try to resolve the issue.
