The worst customer service I experienced ever! HERE employees do everything to NOT show ANY customer service! First, she pushed me around throwing me a label (I needed to get printed) saying “go glue it on your package yourself”, then instead of scanning my label first she told me “go scan your label yourself” , at the end when I started complaining about her attitude and pushing me around, another person came to help me I heard “Oh your package is not taped. But remember taping a package is a courtesy…” It’s not even the words they say but HOW they speak to customers here! This is a mail shipping company after all not a “drop off box”, but employees don’t want to show ANY customer service so why are they even there if they don’t want to print a label, put a label on a package and tape the package? Isn’t that the basics of what you would expect from a mail shipping company. Better go to UPS.

It’s really amazing how easy and convenient the self-serve Print & Go stations are to use at FedEX centers these days. I need to both print and scan and everything was great.

This center is big and comprehensive. The service was wonderful. I went in USPS, FedEx, and UPS on the same street in the same day for return and shipping. Ranking by friendliness and professionalism, FedEx is the best at the time of my visit. And maybe don’t go to UPS bc one of their staff probably had a bad mood lol

I don't have a problem with the service per sea.I have a problem when they don't weigh the packages and Target, Walmart, eBay, and others dispute it because the weight says 0.My tip is to make sure you have them weigh your packages instead of just scanning them and grabbing them. When they just scan it without weighing it, it'll show up as ZERO for weight like you're sending back an empty box.I had to dispute it several times when I shipped stuff back.

The shipping associate was extremely kind and knowledgeable about documents and the packages I needed to have delivered and printed ASAP! I haven't been to a place in the bay quite like this one! Great JoB!

Needed some last minute company brochure printed, cut and folded. They did great. It's a a pair pricy, but when you need it, you need it. They came through once again.

NEVER take passport photo here. Awful customer service. They tried to trap you to pay for the USB for the passport photo without clear communication. Also I took better photo than the guy in the store. It's a complete waste of money. I will never visit this store again.

Asked for small and medium FedEx express boxes. The guy behind the counter was making stuff up and stuttering, "oh we can't give more boxes than what's available to take".. "you already took 3" "we can only give boxes if you have labels".My reply, ok I'll ship with UPS next door.

Workers aren’t trained properly - this affects quite a few things I don’t want to list, but you could imagine.Bad decision for me to go here, since I was stuck in traffic afterwards, and originally presumed it would just be a line I was dealing with, as opposed to the additional wrench of new employees looking up things in manuals, then punching things into a screen and reading what it says.Manager should train them to help customers with the actual task they came in for help on.
