If you have a standard size return you can self-serve here and be done swiftly. Unfortunately, I was returning a pair of boots and the boxes on offer weren't big enough to accomodate the box they arrived in.Thankfully, Natalia was very helpful. I had to pay for the bigger box but she packed it up for me and was so pleasant. I spent about five minutes total in the store and that was fine by me.My refund for the boots recently came through and I was reminded of my pleasant experience in this FedEx outpost.

I was having issues with printing some plans for work. I decided to ask for assistance and Irene did the best with helping. She informed me why it was working because of certain symbols on my files. She printed out the ones I needed and never ignored me. She did what she had too and still take care of other. I'm grateful for her help and will for sure be back!

I don't have a problem with the service per sea.I have a problem when they don't weigh the packages and Target, Walmart, eBay, and others dispute it because the weight says 0.My tip is to make sure you have them weigh your packages instead of just scanning them and grabbing them. When they just scan it without weighing it, it'll show up as ZERO for weight like you're sending back an empty box.I had to dispute it several times when I shipped stuff back.

The shipping associate was extremely kind and knowledgeable about documents and the packages I needed to have delivered and printed ASAP! I haven't been to a place in the bay quite like this one! Great JoB!

Needed some last minute company brochure printed, cut and folded. They did great. It's a a pair pricy, but when you need it, you need it. They came through once again.

NEVER take passport photo here. Awful customer service. They tried to trap you to pay for the USB for the passport photo without clear communication. Also I took better photo than the guy in the store. It's a complete waste of money. I will never visit this store again.

For all those folks out there who use Canva on a regular basis, being able to print flyers is a breeze when you can order directly from the Canva website for pickup at a local FedEx office. I needed to get some things printed for work, and I placed my order on Monday, and my prints were ready the next day for pickup at this location. I go to a lot of printing shops and the customer service I received here was above and beyond. The man behind the counter was so kinda, answered all my questions, and helped me out at the self-service printer when I got stuck. As someone who doesn't like ordering things online for the most part, FedEx really makes it easy to get things printed in a timely fashion. The partnership between Canva and FedEx is great because the pricing is very reasonable compared to if I brought in my own file and asked for a custom cut and print. This alone saves me so much time and effort. Definitely will be back to have things printed as this location is centrally located in Downtown Millbrae with plenty of free parking around.

I usually don't go to fedex and after my experience I will make sure not to use their services at this location again. On 8/17/22 @1530. I opted to use a fedex drop off with the mobile return code that I can use to drop off my return -- no printing necessary. The lady who was helping me did not know why the automated system could not scan my QR code. She tried to scan at a register and said she couldn't boot up their system. She then told me to email the label to their system. She did not tell me before hand that their would be a charge I specifically chose the scan no printing option for a reason. She then went to help another customer without finishing helping with me. I HS to wait around to have my label taped to my box. The guy with the ponytail was rude when I brought up the issues of being charged. He did not offer help in anyway. I will stick with UPS. Even USPS workers are more helpful and friendly.

I go to the FedEx Office store in Millbrae not bc it's easy to park (bc it's not) but rather bc I've always gotten good service there. I went in today 08/15 a lot frantic -- needing to get some passport documents printed in duplicate. But thankfully behind the counter was Irene. She quickly printed my docs, and understanding their importance -- she urged me to 'take my time' and make sure everything that I needed had printed. She then took me over to the 'hollywood' section (just a white wall) to get my passport taken. Btwn the calming words ("just breathe") and humor -- I left feeling so much better and more hopeful. I owe that all to Irene at Fedex Millbrae! Wish me luck on getting that passport b4 my ship sails...literally!

I went back again yesterday to print essential documents and left happily. A very kind and professional person Irene helped me and patiently explained to me about online document conversion and printing. What I appreciate is that she was working alone at that time and talking with all the customers patiently. Another person was willing to help too, but it was her second day, so she was trying to learn as much as possible, which was totally reasonable. All the work was done on time, and I learned so much during those moments. Thank you, Irene, and honestly, I thought you were the manager. Best wishes. Keep smiling

FYI Airline employees, this local Fedex branch rarely honors discounts for airline employees, the FedEx employee s will acknowledge the discount then won't apply it to your transaction, in a sense they will lie to your face. I visited another FedEx office on 900 Gateway Blvd in SSF they will honor the airline discount with no problems, however be aware of the Millbrae FedEx office on Broadway and a high turnover of employees I rarely seen the same person, I've done international priority shipments and local CA shipments you have to watch yourselves and make sure you don't get rip off, why they don't honor the discounts is beyond me.

FedEx was once an example of what a great and efficient corporation can be and look how they turned out to be one of the worst! On 5/26/22, at 4:40pm during their business hours which is posted on their doors along with the large neon "Open" sign I found the doors closed! I was there with two other customers who were equally baffled at the doors! One of the customers eventually knocked at the door and an employee came over, looks at us and said "sorry, we are closed" but "here it says you are open", the lady customer said and then he replied "the delivery truck left earlier today! "I am actually not shipping", The lady said, then he replied sternly "we are actually too tired here and we are no longer providing any service today"! How unprofessional and no wonder to see FedEx demise! I took my package to the UPS store next door and they serves me well! The rise and fall of any company starts with the work ethics and when an employee has none, then nothing good should you expect of that business. Too sad!
