store in Burlingame,, I thought she was disrespectful and Bias, when I pulled up she locked her doors, I went across the street to the herbal store for a minute, and when I came back and got in my car she unlocked the door, all the time watching me, as if I was going to do something.. I didn't like how she made me feel as a Blackman

Macy's offering 15%off with all Shiseido products from 9/21/23-10/2/23Never shop at Dee Dee Shiseido at Millbrae and San Francisco, bad customer services. Dee Dee's facial room is very dirty and their sales person when helping customer's facial also sells products to other customers, Dee Dee is unhygienicMacy's has a 15% discount on all Shiseido products from 9/21/23 to 10/2/23. Do not shop at Millbrae or Dee Dee Shiseido in San Francisco. Dee Dee is a store with no integrity and poor customer service. Dee Dee The room where Dee does facials for customers is very dirty. The salesperson will greet customers and do business while doing facials for other customers. It is very unhygienic and may cause the infection of germs.

This review is only on the owner,Frances. I have been coming here for several years now for facials with Crystal who is amazing and always does an awesome job. Today I went in for a touch up for some moles I had removed. Frances with her usual unfriendly face told me no one complains about Crystal and she always goes above and beyond for customers, which i totally agreed with. However as a customer, Do i not have a right to address any concerns i had with the work done?! As a business owner, you should not take a customer's concern as a complaint but figure out how to resolve the issue to the best of your ability without the attitude. The issue was only brought up to Crystal to see if there was something she could do since she did tell me after she removed the moles that she would do a touch up if needed in the future. I never said anything to you directly to you to complain about the work or Crystal. After telling me she won't charge me this time but to make sure I tip Crystal (which I already did and always do), it made me wonder if As a business owner, are you telling me to tip her cause you aren't going to pay her because you didn't charge me? You should have better tact and work on your people skills since you are the face of the business.

I attended a skincare master class last month and they offered a complimentary gift bag for every attendee.I bought the new Vital Perfection cream and the Treatment Softener and received an extra gift bag with 6 pieces of samples for my purchase.I've been buying my products here for a while and love their loyalty program.

This store has Shiseido, Cle de Peau, and Synactif skincare lines. I am a product junkie and over the years I have never stayed loyal to a skincare brand but now that I am getting older, I am starting to stay loyal to one brand because I am tired of breakouts and inconsistency. I've decided to stay with Shiseido and Cle de Peau because I feel like their products are gentle on my skin.My favorites:-Shiseido White Lucent Cleanser (brightens my skin)-Shiseido Ultimune Serum (a must for my dry skin)-Cle de Peau Night Cream (a must for my dry skin)-Cle de Peau Radiant Cushion Foundation (Fine and radiant finish. Light coverage, doesn't make me breakout even with daily usage)Love how they give free samples with purchase so I can try new products and so I can use them for travel.

I attended an event at this store and the beauty consultant gave me a skin analysis. She was very helpful and friendly and made the experience enjoyable.My kin is very sensitive and she provided recommendations for products suitable for my skin type that a purchased and the have been spectacular. It is a cheerful little store in a great busy location in Millbrae. I highly recommend!!

As a guy I don't know much about how to get a facial but I happen to stumble over Dee Dee Boutique through work . Frances and her staff are amazing at recommending what type of facial treatment to get and what products to use for my skin type. Now I'm a frequent client and I recommend this place for everyone!

NO WONDER this place is empty! I came in and an asian man approached me. he was very dry and seemed unhappy working there. i tried to crack a smile but it was not working. he asked me twice where i usually get my products, i said nordstrom and sephora and shiseidos website because of discounts. i don't think he thrilled to hear that. i will NEVER come back here!

I highly recommend this place for facial, Glow Radiance Treatment it brightens my skin and gives me a nice healthy glow. The esthetician explains the Shiseido products during the treatment. I've been going there for almost 7 months now and I can see an improvement in the texture of my skin. It's worth the splurge.

I always come here every now and then for Shiseido products. The store is very modern contemporary and has very nice ambiance. I speak Cantonese and English and the staff are bilingual, we don't have any trouble communicating with the staff. I've been doing my facial at this place for 8 months and really enjoyed it. The staff are very attentive and responsive when you have questions or want to try other products. I was also invited to a facial workshop for members only and it was very information, I learned a lot.

Do not go here!! They basically put products on me that caused acne. If you want your face ruined, then go here. I didn't realize the cause until I went to a dermatologist. It took me a while to realize what the cause was. They won't even refund my money because I had bought a six package “deal†and did not use 3 out of 6.

Horrible eyelash extensions. I'd give this zero stars but there isn't any option for that. Seems the girl doesn't know how to do it. She put the lashes on my eyelids!!! She also cannot understand any English. Totally unacceptable!!! I complained and the lady manager asked me not to make a bad review and wanted to give me a sample sized shiseido sachet!!! OMG how insulting!!! I asked to remove it but she said I should come back another time, so unprofessional. What kind of place is this?!? I would never, ever come back here.

Love crystal here. Every time I go she does a great job and keep it consistence. She has knowledge of different kind of facial technique and apply on your skin. Love her and highly recommend her!

I love this place, I only have facial third time here and see a great improvement. They use all Shiseido products so I don't have to worry about my sensitive skin. The customer service are great. They provide true advice for me, telling me what products I should avoid, not like other stores just want to sell their products. I am definitely say YES to this place. I am going to introduce my mom and my friends try out this place.
