This bank is terrible. They do not care about your business and as you being a depositor is an unvalued thing for this bank. Customer service is bad and unprofessional.

Theres absolutely no way to get in touch with these people the local number never gets answered and you get referred to the 800 number they don't help at all. This place needs customer service people. You need to have an appointment for the most ridiculous things. I used to have a number for one of their people but they stopped answering phone calls too.

Yelp says open till 4pm today on a Saturday. I stopped by 2:45pm and the doors were locked. The employee inside gestured that they were closed. Smh.

I should paid attention to the reviewsGot there to open a new account they said 10 min wait as I was the only one waiting…. 29 min later I asked how much longer they responded with 10 more min. Totally unethical kids working there . I said I need to know the exact time as they are chatting while I’m waiting. The said 7 min .. 20 min later they came and ask me if I want to get an appointment…,Worst experience and they lost my 100 k deposit

I have had nothing but great experience coming to this Chase branch. I come here on a weekly basis for deposits. The bank associates are always welcoming, friendly, and professional. Their customer service is exemplary. Interior renovation is ongoing at this branch and can't wait to see the end result!

Been a customer for 25 years . Customer service has really gone down hill. Today I visited this branch and there were only 1 teller working. 2 people were chatting in the back. When I asked a lady in the back, she said they normally have 4 but they are in the middle of an audit. She sounded annoyed by my question (then don't be in customer service if you don't want to deal with customers!) Okay so they need 3 tellers to audit. Can't the 2 that's in the back stop talking and help??? Or the gentleman at the desk who he had no customer help??? And there were 5 people in line after some already opted for the machine because they couldn't wait any longer. Maybe not a good time for an audit or maybe plan ahead and have extra tellers.Customer service is just not like it used to be. Actually no customer service.

If I could give them a zero for customer service I would!! they never answer the phone!! over 45 minutes. 800 number is of little help

They don’t allow you to use their bathroom and claim it’s corporate policy to protect their employees who aren’t wearing a mask.
