I am a building manager, and we use HOA accounting services. I can't recommend them highly enough. Their customer service is beyond excellent. They always respond immediately, always pay attention to details and 100% are there to support our account. Our account manager Sara Biller always goes above and beyond in helping to resolve any questions or issues that might arise.

This is the most amazing accounting team! They do the books for all of the HOA's we manage and the cooperation with management is astounding. They take the time to build processes to get things right the first time. If there are mistakes (as all human errors happen) they quickly resolve them with no attitude or delay. Growing my company has been easy with them as a service provider. Thank you HOA Accounting Services!

If these people are so incompetent that they don't understand that sending out a PDF of a monthly bill to condo owners from a "Noreply..." web address with the ONLY identification of the sender as CLLD, looks like a phishing scam, I certainly wouldn't trust them to do anything else. Hopefully our HOA can find a better vendor.

My HOA use this company for accounting. A lady named Debbie was incredibly rude/unprofessional! She had no clue about my situation and gave me her two cents in an already stressful transaction. Worse experience ever.

I am president of our HOA & we switched to HOA Accounting services about 4 years ago. They have expertly handled all our income, payments, and & reports. We have a separate management company who works with them seamlessly. At my previous HOAs, the management & accounting were combined. I really like this approach of having them separate. Our manager works with HOA AS seamlessly and the fact that they are in a different city has never been an issue. The staff is very friendly & responsive. I am 100% satisfied with their service.

While my typical reviews talk about sauces and cocktails, I just had to leave a few kind words for HOA Accounting Services because despite not having a delicious cocktail menu, their service is outstanding. When I was working for another HOA bookkeeping firm, I handled new/lost accounts and often worked directly with our competitors on the transition. Of all the companies I've worked with, Gary at HOA Accounting was simply the easiest, and he was the most patient when at one point I was dealing with many transitions at once. Other companies would send outrageous requests with short deadlines and then send the board to follow up repeatedly. Turns out that's not really the way to get what you want from other people! Having worked in HOA management here some tidbits for ya: Having the board or treasurer do the bookkeeping is a way for a cash strapped HOA to save money but you'll pay for in other ways. (Hint: the savings is NOT worth the risk, and I've seen the aftermath - it's not pretty). If you like skipping showers, choose a company that won't catch when an important reoccurring bill is missed. (hint: these guys won't that happen but I've seen it my former company) If your HOA is thinking of switching accounting contracts, get it touch! Ask for a quote, compare it to your current services. The value and ease of a new partnership could be the very thing that takes your HOA meetings from stressful financial review to planning a community potluck.

They are really bad. Never let your HOA use them They use a 3rd party to process credit card payments then saying they get to keep the money for 5 days before they send to HOA. Gee, what are they doing with the money???

This company and staff are so unprofessional. They totally forgot that they are employed by the homeowners of the condominium complex. I will be bring them up to the board members at our next meeting.
