Passing through, wouldn't make it home to my regular store before they closed and Woodland had exactly what I needed. Friendly staff. Go adopt a kitty in need!

I have come here 3 times out of convenience as it is close to where I live and they have hay and pellets and the experience was generally okay as it is hard to find supply stores that carry substantial small pet products for rabbits...but realized today they sell MULTIPLE pet products which contain rabbit meat. This is extremely upsetting to me as a rabbit parent to 3 beautiful rescue bunnies, one of who was rescued from a meat breeder. I had an intense panic attack leaving the store because of how traumatizing the experience was for me. I have heard others in the rabbit community express concern regarding pet stores which supply rabbit meat products for pets - but nothing prepares you for the experience of seeing these products on shelves and the emotional impact it creates. All I can think of is poor babies just like my Dieter, diced and sliced and put in these bags for other pets to consume. I've attached a picture of my sweet baby who was rescued from a meat breeder so you can see the face of a bunny whose breed (Californian) is often used in packaged food products. I think for now I won't be going back - if they change their stance on carrying rabbit products I would consider going back.

Before going in to shop I asked the manager if I was able to use a New neighbor certificate for $10 + free ID tag in there store. To which she said 'thats us'. There was no fine line print rules that applied to this discount thus understanding the $10 should be applied to the total. Well that wasn't the case with my experience. I quickly observed the new manager they have at this location does not know what shes doing. Managment is not keeping up with training its employees. An older woman was struggling to ring us up at checkout over a $10 certificate and free ID tag. The manager had the audacity to slap her hand against the table on my original receipt, crumble it, and toss it in the trash. Manager was straight blonde hair mid late 30s decides to take an items shelf discount of 21% and replace it with the $10 credit which should've been added to the entire order. I had purchased two ID tags and did not receive my original purchase receipt for future returns. This was not a pleasant shopping trip. I have even reached out to contacting them numerous of time over email with no response.

all the bathtubs were caked with dog hair and the towels smelled foul. The place was very unclean and when I went to the cash register to ask the lady if they clean the bathtubs she said and I quote" if you get there before we do, no the bathtubs aren't clean". Nice.

The adoption process was great. They make sure you're a good match and provide you with some good food supplies to get you started.

Very convenient, great selection, fair prices. Also locally owned with a helpful staff… what more could you ask for in a pet store ? I really appreciate Mary she’s was really helpful with and attentive when I was dealing with the three ring circus involved with bathing my stubborn basset hound, thanks Mary!

They have a place here where you can wash your own dog. A Wonderful young woman helped me get my dog into the tub. I would like to thank her. She went above and Beyond to help me.

A bit shocked at the costumer service. I’ve been a loyal costumer to this store, paying a premium for over priced dog food for the last 3 years, but do like supporting smaller/community businesses. From all my purchases I earned a free dog wash… When I went to use it, they would not honor it, telling me it was past 90 days (two weeks to late)…and there was nothing they could do… Not only was I never told it had expiration date… the cashier was extremely rude about it.A 15 dollar dog wash is not a big deal. It’s the principle, I’ve been a loyal costumer then treated like none of that meant anything, and pretty much told to f-off.I paid for the dog wash but won’t ever spend another dime in this store, my business is going elsewhere.

They have a nice variety of pet foods, treats, and toys. I have a senior cat who's picky eating habits rival those of some toddlers and I never had any issue finding replacement items. The kittens they have for adoption are incredibly precious.

Return policies are not competitive and prices are higher. Staff is only marginally helpful. Drive the extra 3 minutes and go to Pet Food Express instead.
