Absolutely one of the worst banks available. Outrageous fees for everything, few to no benefits, and some potentially outright illegal actions. Stay as far away from these thieves as you can.

no one in office helpful and impossible to reach by phone. Still on hold at this time, called with two phones, both waiting 15 mins now and still waiting. I had issues with Chase and they picked up in one min and fixed issue. Avoid westamerica if you ever want to see your money again

Heidi Dukor will reveal your information to anyone. Do not use this bank. It is illegal and the bank will protect their employees. Threats and harassment and illegal procedures are not ok. Do not recommend anything she is associated with.
